Check in process... we arrived around 2 pm and were told not until 3:00 pm, therefore the lines were long at that moment. The elevator wasn't working and the rooms were on the 3rd floor. Not a problem walking up, but when you are traveling with a lot of stuff is more of a nuisance. Finally got fixed either late at night or the next morning. Parking is very limited. Breakfast was ok. Our refrigerator in the room wasn't working, it took hours to finally cool down.

The location was great! Very central to everything we needed to do but kept us out of beach traffic. We also enjoyed how spacious the rooms and bathrooms were. It gave our toddlers enough room to move without feeling restless and cramped. Also Ishmail was very helpful and ensured we had everything we could need and stayed stocked with towels and essentials.

We ended up buying our breakfast because there aren’t many choices and our kids refused most everything, but we didn’t expect a lot out of it.

Gustavo was consistently friendly and helpful. Clean facilities. Enjoyed breakfast.

Washing machine was out of order during my entire stay. Needed to go to the Day's Inn behind my building. Was very apprehensive using those facilities. In Floridaby myself. No use of door key to enter. Man sitting on his car smoking pot. Man and woman arguing loudly a few doors down from washing are.

location first, it's right next door to the Daytona racetrack, very convenient if you plan to do the tour. also, the boardwalk is not far and the beach. ISMAIL, our front desk agent, was the best, gave us tips and recommendations as to where to eat, and what to visit. the whole hotel is spotless clean and feels very new. room was amazing. breakfast was generous and tasty. i loved this hotel. prices were amazing also

The room was huge, nice and very clean bathroom. Very comfortable for a few days’ stay for two guests. The breakfast was very well looked after by a lovely lady, nice continental options and very clean. The location is right opposite the famous racing track.

The sofa in the room looked old and dirty. The gym was quite small. I found some underwear left by a previous guest inside the wardrobe, reason why I am not rating the hotel higher.

Marianna at the front desk was awesome. Could not do enough to make our stay memorable. Very lucky to have her on your staff. The only person we met that could use better customer service skills is Sarah. The breakfast person that sets up did not show up one morning and Sarah had to fill in. Complaining in front of customers about the employee who sets up the breakfast. No need of that. Never smiles and makes you feel you are putting her out. Needs to spend less time on her phone. Waited at the front desk for a room key replacement and took her 10 minutes to show up with an attitude. Other than this experience, our stay was wonderful.

I love the location it was close to lots of food places, shopping strip malls and wasn’t a bad drive to the beach. So we discovered a game room/restaurant like 3 minutes from the hotel, and we loved it went 2 days in a row. It’s called game time, really cool place to check out.

The breakfast for sure, which I usually don’t get up for breakfast when staying at hotels but I did get up 1 of the days, the options were really limited but the restaurant part was clean and the lady kept refilling and wiping down things as people came in and out.

The room was a nice set up/floorplan. I could have included several people in my room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very polite.

I didn't care for the location due to the turn immediately off the highway. There was a dirty rag left in the bathroom. Hot breakfast was served cold.

I liked that the location was just off I-95. I also like that there was noise from the maid service waking us early in the morning. I don't know if this was because there was no maid service at all, or because it was the weekend.

I did not like the Grab and Go breakfast choices. In my opinion, there was not much to choose from. I also didn't like that breakfast hours were from 7-9 am on the weekend. Most other hotels extend the hours to 10 to 10:30 am on the weekends. In addition, the information the hotel sends out should be included in the booking information. My card was charged one day before check-in which I was aware of in the event that I canceled outside of the cancellation time frame. Also, I was told that I should have received an email explaining everything, I received that email the day before check-out.
