Hotel Michael

The staff were very friendly, and everything was very clean! Breakfast was good with a good selection of hot and cold options. The hotel hsd a nice outdoor area which a small childrens play area which would be ideal for families. The location was good being only a 5 min walk from the closest bus stop and 10mins from thr tram stop which takes you straight into the city centre.

The shower was a little awkward as it was over the bath with a handheld head that did not have a holder so required you to hold it all the time. The TV only had 5-6 channels, none of which were English.

10~11km from the city center. But public transportation are available. We took our car, so for us okay. ideal place.

The break fast it was very cheap and its cold ..the bread its not good..i don't like it at all

The room it was clean and nice The reciption girl in the first day when we arrived it was so mean and she behaved in a bad way. But the other one in the next day it was good and nett.p

Hotel Michael is small comfy hotel, in quite area. Breakfast was rich and I believe, everybody found something for themselves. Our room was spacious, bathroom as well. Beds were comfortable. Advantage is private parking at hotel.

Location is in quite area, not really restaurants or pubs nearby. (we knew in advance and it didn't bother us). Tram station is in about 10 minutes walking downhil (back uphill), with tram nr. 17 you are in 15 minutes in the center of Prague.

We stayed 5 days at Hotel Michael, everything was ok. The room was clean and heated, as we visited Prague in december. The towels were changed daily, the wi-fi was ok. The breakfast was good, and the personal is helpful. The hotel is placed in a quiet zone and has a big parking space. We could acces the public transport (bus and tram) easily. We'll retrun here in our next visit to Prague.

The best hotel experience in many years. The location is quiet. The reception is friendly and helpful. The room is super clean and decently sized. Breakfast is good (coffee could be better ;) ). I though we were the only guests, before seeing people on the breakfast. So quiet it is inside. The hotel was not full, but there were guests in the room across.

The staff were really great. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly addressing any inquiries or requests, their assistance was invaluable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, providing a restful night's sleep.

The hotel is perfect if you want to be away from all the city noise. The tram stop is about 10 minute walk away so it's really easy to get to the city centre. Breakfast was nice and the rooms were quiet. The hotel has its own parking.

The room smelled weird.

There is always a friendly receptionist to help around, like when leaving the key in the socket while walking out the room to fetch something from the car.

I traveled for work, so had too little time to do anything, including sleep. Some guests were noisy during the night and it took them a while to stop knocking on everyone's door.

The room was exceptionally big, everything was clean and nicely maintained. The hotel had its own private safe parking place so if you are concerned about your car, this place is perfect.

Breakfast could be better with more food variations.
