Everything was good (except one thing): nice room (small but cute), good bed, nice bathroom, beautiful hotel itself - exceptional design. Nice breakfast - good variety. Good choice of drinks for breakfast (which is rare). I can not tell that the reception managers were friendly. Oh well. Although I appreciate that they let us stay or hour more (after check out time), because we had to finish our calls. Location is exceptional - literally 5 minutes to the main square.

The handle in a bathroom was broken. The huge disappointment for me was the fact that the parking was not for free. The price is around 16-18 euros (400 czk). And in general it is ok to ask money for everything, but no one in the reception desk even noticed that. They registered car and kept silence. if you are in a 4* hotel and receptionist does not tell you a word about the paid parking - I suppose it to be free. It was a huge disappointment in the morning which ruined the whole nice aftertaste about the hotel. And the reception manager was rude.

The location is very good - close to the beautiful main square of the city as well as places to eat or shop and opposite a nice park. The interior design is stylish and consistent throughout the hotel. Very good breakfast.

The bathroom needs minor repairs - the shower hose was leaking. There was also a problem with the shower cabin door.

Good location - totally in the city center. Good breakfast - wide choice of food. There is a good restaurant for dinner as well. Nice and helpful staff, cozy room.

Not enough parking places. There is no comment that reservation for a car parking is needed when booking the room. It can happen that you need to park a car somewhere when you come later in the evening.

Breakfast is excellent, location is excellent. Our favourite hotel in Liberec.

When reserving on Booking.com an exchange rate of EUR to CZK is indicated that is matching the Czech National Bank rate, but on paying, the hotel adds Kč more for itself. This is an increase of over 8% in the actual exchange rate, which did not change at all that much from the time of the reservation, and well exaggerated over the rate that the hotel will account for in Kč. It adds close to 4% higher in the cost to Czech customers. It is not necessary, not for the guest, not for Radovan Vítek and his billions. Please be more reasonable on this issue.

Location is best possible, just two minutes walk to town central, shopping mall etc. Also parking front of hotel was really useful for us. Another bonus thing is Sauna and Whirlpool at basement, you have to pay little extra, but it is worth. Take at least 90 minutes value time and relat at Sauna department!

This hotel was really good and functional. Only think I was missing was allergine markings at breakfast.

I choose this hotel again because of its location in the city center. Everything is close by. The receptionists are always kind and helpful. Very good breakfast with a variety of choices.

Everything was fine. Housekeeping service seems to be on request only, so don't forget to put the sign at the door if you want the room to be cleaned.

Very nice hotel in a great location - just next to the castle, 5 minute on foot to the market square. Polite and friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. Kettle in the room, some coffee and tea too. Safe and nice view included. Parking next to the hotel priced moderately. Breakfast was rich and tasty.

Hard to say... Maybe restaurant could be opened but it was off the season and a great hospoda is just on the corner.

The price, location next to the chateau, friendly and warm staff, breakfast and the view.

Bit old building, no conditioner and wash towels in bathrooms, beige color toilet paper and tissue papers, same same breakfast everyday ( at least add boiled eggs)

The decision to move visitors who are staying for over 3 nights to the room exactly next to the elevator - which is the most busy part of the hotel because it was full during our stay. But after our request the situation was solved.

It was a wonderful stay! Very nice clean room and beautiful selection food for the breakfast. Staff is very friendly and works elegantly well. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Location is also perfect - shopping mall is just in front and the market place is within 5 min walk!
