Our stay was very comfortable and had spa facilities included in the price. There is ample space in the lobby as well as the dinning area was big enough. Breakfast was top notch to say in short Swimming pool was big enough and clean. Shower rooms, sauna and steam bath was nice as well. There was a kids play area and many recreational activities were planned for them.

Rooms could have been bigger that would have made it a sweet deal. If you are planning to stay with kids the expect the room to feel a bit cramped. The terrace attached to the room needs maintenance and the railings are very rusty. Also if they can arrange some pickup service may be at specific time for the tourist who plans to comes by public transport as the approach road is steep enough if you have luggage with you.

The hotel is very nice. It is close to the city centrum so it is fine to reach by foot. If you go by car, the hotel has a parking space which they charge you a few euros per day. In the city centrum is also easy to park (You can pay on your mobile phone and it is not expensive). The breakfast and dinner were included. The buffet has a good variety of food and the food is good. We spend the Christmas night there as well and it was a very good experience. Good food, drinks, music were all included. The hotel is close to the ski station and there are a lot of sky schools for beginners.

Location is great, close to hiking routes. Staff is helpful, everything is clean. We loved the free table football. The pool has a time period when children are not allowed in the swimming pool, which is a very good idea - some guests did not want to respect this, but the staff managed well.

The wellness area is quite small, and can be very crowded. A cleaning lady entered our room without any warning, and despite having the "Do not disturb" sign on our door handle. Luckily, we were just having lunch, but this could have ended in a very awkward situation...

We were really impressed by the quality of food. Especially the dinner buffet was amazing. Broad selection, high quality. Very pleasantly surprised by the focus on healthy food. Also the playroom for kids and toddlers was greatly appreciated. And our 3yo toddler loved the leaving gift bag he received...very nice touch :)

All in all, our stay was amazing from start to finish. Things we didn't like were just minor...for example no fresh water in our room upon arrival. Not much info provided upon check-in re facilities, breakfast, spa, dinner, etc.

I liked the location of the hotel which is close to the park entrance. The room was clean, quiet and it had a balcony with forrest view. Unlimited wellness was great for relaxing after the hike. Free parking in front of the hotel was great too.

I am little disappointed about the wellness - the relax room is not really relaxing because you can hear all the noise from the showers and people passing to sauna. The wellness showers and changing rooms smelled funny which made me just quickly pass by and shower in the room instead. Also, if you are looking forward to enjoy jackuzzi be ready for a long time of waiting - max 4 people fit in and other guests are occupying it for more than hour without any problem.

The shower was big, the bathroom was amazing. Everything was super clean. Hotel was also very quiet after 21-22:00.

I did not like that I didn't have a thermostat in my room to set my desired temperatures. I do not want to test every setting on the heater to see which one is right. A simple temperature change should be an option.

The hotel is quite luxurious and the rooms are very comfortable. It is located in a tranquil setting on the edge of Harrachov and so the rooms offer great views of the surrounding mountains and forests. We had only breakfast so cannot comment on the dinner option but we were very impressed with the breakfast offerings -- there was a huge variety of all the kinds of food (English-breakfast-style cooked food as well as some local cooked specialities; pastries; breads; cheeses and meats; fresh, dried, and canned fruit; juices (not from concentrate); delicious jams; smoothies; and best of all, coffee bar that made barista-quality coffees to order (and you can have more than one coffee). We partly chose the hotel because of the sports and wellness facilities and appreciated being able to go to the swimming pool and sauna every evening. We also used the indoor tennis court a couple of times. We stayed for a week and it rained for about half of the time so having these options in the hotel was great for the days when we couldn't go on long hikes because of the weather.

There was clearly a shortage of housekeeping staff--the rooms very often not serviced until late afternoon. This wasn't the staff's fault at all -- they were definitely working hard and doing their best and seemed to be working 10+ hour shifts. Similarly the pool and fitness areas were not mopped/dried as often as one would expect of such facilities. While it was never dirty as such the floors were often very wet and quite slippery as a result. It was a pity that the outdoor tennis court was not available in the 2021 season as there seemed to be quite a lot of demand for tennis and on sunny days playing outdoors would have been really nice.

The room was nice and the staff friendly. The food was really good :) We enjoyed the area with the pool table and the table football. The hotel was full but the bar area quite big so we were able to play board games in the evening.

The wellness area is really small so when the hotel is full you need to pick your time so that you can have some space to swim. We already knew it, but I still think that when we choose the half board option, water should be included and not charged extra.

Receptionists were very kind and helpful. Kid's animation and playgrounds were fantastic. Food was very good and good choices from the buffet. The area is great, nature - beautiful with lot of tracks for hike, biking and leisure.

The room was rather small, no ventilation in bathroom. No good sound insulation in the rooms in the building. You can hear sounds and noises all over - corridors, rooms from neighbors.

The hotel is a beautiful piece of 20th century architecture sitting on the side of the village about 300metres from the center, but secluded in a forest. The location is quiet and peaceful, there are no roads passing by, only the sounds of birds and nature. The room was perfect, the staff were perfect, the breakfast was unstoppable, an enormous selection to suit everybody's tastes, including regional traditional specialities. The Wellness is fantastic, really good size Finnish sauna and Steam room, and a good size pool. We have only great things to say about the hotel, the location, the staff, the facilities, the Wellness, the breakfast, we had a fantastic weekend and explored by bike the surrounding area all the way up to Jizerka. We'll be staying there again in future.
