Veronica Hotel is absolutly a value for money choice, very clean and in an excelent location. I will visit again for sure!

The closeness to the sea

Early breakfest hours, I suggest to keep brekfest open till 11

Breakfast was good . Pool was good. Quiet room. Nice comfort balcony. Diner was good.

Breakfast till 9 am is crazy . 🤪 Even ppl retired can sleep longer . But its not for ppl btw 0-60yrs. Holiday hotel with business breakfast time?

The pool with the palm trees is just fantastic, the water is perfect, I was grateful for the pool view room. Staff is mostly polite, kind and helpful (one lady was a bit too strict, in "russian style"). Breakfast is delicious and wide-variety. Check out is at 12, and you can use the pool area after that.

On the first night I accidentally locked myself out to the balcony there was no way to get back in and I didn't have my phone with me. I had to shout and make noises for like half an hour outside till other guests heard me and called the reception to free me (then the staff asked me why I did this to myself, I mean really??!). Of course I was silly too, but that really shouldn't be even possible to lock myself out like that. Before that as I've seen the balcony door was hard to close properly, yet alone lock it....

Hotel location is great. Clean and functional. Only a short walk to the sea front and the local cafes and restaurants, which cater for vegans, general stores and the bonus is the laundry opposite that does a service wash, ideal for longer stays. Super friendly reception and house keeping team. Decent well stocked buffet breakfast. My room had a balcony that looked out onto the garden and pool, very tranquil, relaxing to just sit and watch the birds flying to and from the trees. Have already booked back in for another visit.

I was feeling very well there - great staff (waiters, reception, housekeeping). On the other hand, I had bad wifi at room. (The receptionist wanted to change my room. As I was satisfied with my room, I refused it and connected to the wifi in the reception hall. There the wifi was very strong :-). It is a good hotel for good money – value for money. If you are looking for a hotel with high luxury and you are willing to pay 2 or 3 times more in Paphos, this hotel is not for you.

There was no parking for visitors. As I am a local resident this would have been appreciated

Check-in was smooth, parking was easy ( and free! ), and room was very comfortable

This is definitely not on the hotel per se, but there was quite a bit of noise from (a) the corridor and (b) other rooms, as guests arrived, often late at night, and moved furniture e.g. chairs etc. Appreciating that the floors are uncarpeted, but it'd be useful to remind guests to be quiet as they move about the hotel after hours, especially when opening/closing doors, talking etc. One other tip (!) - perhaps put pads on the legs/feet of tables and chairs, so that they don't scrape across the bare floors when being moved :-)
