Lovely hotel in a main square in Split. Overlooking all the restaurants, but not noisy. Room was clean with lots of storage, a nice view and tastefully decorated. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style but fresh and tasty.

It wasn't a problem for us, but the lift wasn't working during our whole stay. All the rooms including reception are up a few flights of stairs. It was off season, so they may be working to fix it for peak. It's not well signposted and the entrance is tucked down a small side street between two bars which could make it hard to find on arrival.

It was in an ideal location, right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of the city! The staff were very frienldy, the room was spotless and very comfortable and even though the room was over the centre of town it was very quiet!

It would be great if they had their own bar!

Unreal location! Literally in the heart of Split and walking distance to all the sights and delicious restaurants. Beautiful room with fantastic ac, beds, water pressure, and so much more! The staff went above and beyond for us and were so polite and professional. The breakfast was fantastic. When we come back to split, we will always stay here!!!

Beware the elevators! I learned this the hard way… the elevators are a bit different than US. If you step in too late, they will close and they will squeeze you… not in a good way! If at all possible take the stairs or be very quick when entering or exiting the elevator!!!

The location was ON POINT perfect to central area! It was a perfect location in terms of the main square was right in front, the docks to boats to tours, the strip, the restaurants, grocery store, shopping, everything was so central!!! It was tucked around the corner of a restaurant and not sure We would have ever found it on our own if we didn’t arrange a driver from their hotel to pick us up. Leon was awesome, took our bags for us from the airport, parked and walked us through the plazas and upstairs inside the hotel, he shared highlights of what to see as he walked us to the hotel, he knows everything about his country, and took whatever type of payment we had. We didn’t have time to hit the ATM to exchange or pullout money but he happily took credit card or dollars. We learned its SUPER SAFE in Croatia and we didn’t have to worry about theft or safety like many other countries. The hotel has an elevator and our room was right outside the elevator so a bit noisy but appreciate that they state the policy is no noise after 10 PM…the breakfast was delicious. They had lots of options ( including different milk types etc) hard boiled eggs, cooked eggs, cheeses, Meats, croissants, jams, etc The offer a book with ALL the details you need to know upon arrival including what machines to use to pull out money, excursion suggestions, shopping, etc …great location if you want to be in the central area and walk a couple minutes in any direction to everything! The room was decent standard size, had a mini fridge ( empty) to store your own snacks, tv, desk and bed and attached bathroom.

The ladies at the front desk weren’t there 24/7 so if you needed something after hours, may need to get an email or phone to contact them. They use some type of plug or spray to dis get and add scent to the room and it was SUPER strong…I highly recommend they tone it down, especially if you’re sensitive to smells.

The location of this boutique hotel is amazing, right in the Palace, where you want to be. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. There is also a modern elevator, which is rare for these ancient buildings.

I unfortunately figured out too late that the AC in my room wasn't working. This was around midnight and the reception is not open after 11pm, which means there was no one who could offer assistance until the morning. Luckily, it was a cool night, so opening the windows helped, but since it was Saturday night, it was quite noisy outside. This made sleeping a challenge, which was unfortunate. It would have been nice if the hotel caught this issue before I checked in, because they only have a few rooms in this small hotel.

Great location, clean rooms, staff was very accommodating. We got to the hotel early and they kept our bags for us. The breakfast was fabulous.

Our room was large, nicely appointed, and surprisingly quiet given the fact that the hotel is right in the middle of a main plaza in the Old Town. Easy to get to by ferry easy to get to my bus. Lots of restaurants within very short walking distance At lots of shops and a market are close by as well.. And the very best thing was the staff. . We were on vacation and we had some business that we had to attend to and we used a computer in the breakfast room to assist us with our business and we were able to print things on their printer by the reception desk . and the staff couldn't have been nicer . And this includes the wait staff in the breakfast room, cleaning staff and of course the people at the front desk ..,they were great and extremely helpful

first of all breakfast was OK but it was in an enclosed space hard to move around and I understand with the nature of the hotel so no problem. Next had a problem with arranging airport transportation after my stay. The hotel said I never arranged anything and was almost accusatory with me until I showed him the Booking.com message thread that they did confirm my request. I had to arrange a ride on my own with the city taxi but other than that I had an excellent stay I love the location staff was very nice and I would stay here again. would’ve gave this 10 stars if it weren’t for the breakfast and the transportation snafu. breakfast location can’t be helped though
