Nirvana Luxury Rooms

The room was like a studio, comfortable,airy , sunny and clean, had a huge bed and beautiful views from both the windows and the terrace. The owners were kind and communicated well via text if we needed anything,we had clean sheets and bath towels changed every second day . We stayed for 9 days and felt very comfortable in the room while everything else was at the doorstep, supermarket downstairs,lots of beautiful restaurants and cafes nearby ,5 mins walk to the old town and 10 mins to the sea promenade. It's also a great value for money, like a hotel room but much cheaper.I would highly recommend Nirvana Luxury rooms.

Booking.com made a mistake for saying that the rooms have a cooking stove ,they don't, there's only a small fridge, kettle, a couple of cups,glasses and breakfast bowls but this didn't matter as we were eating outside all the time and fridge was enough for the drinks and nibbles.

We enjoyed the location. We were a few blocks from the Palace walls. Straight shot to Riva is via the palace entrance with statue of poet, then via the palace underground shopping area (and exit via Bronze Gate). Room was spacious, bathroom was quite large. TV, AC and hot water all worked great! Quite location. Balcony was nice, but it was so hot during the hours we were in the unit, we didn’t get to enjoy it very much. Beware - there are stairs, 54 to be exact, but don’t let that stop you. There is a mini grocery store out front, and a few blocks from cafes. Luggage storage for early check in - they have a way to store luggage for you if arrive early. it’s not located on site, just a block away.

Stairs… but I was prepared for that. We can always use a bit of exercise while on vacation.

Great communication with owner. Clean and attractive apartment. Great location- walkable to restaurants/ palace. Big bathroom, nice second floor loft for lids to have space.

Not bad, just know parking is not most convenient. Couldn’t get parking at building so parked at lot 5 min walk away. Nice lot for payment though. Attractive just a little tight. Not much place to hang out in apartment other than beds. Was a very strong disinfectant smell that bothered me. Not sure what it was but I don’t think I could have stayed more than one day.

The room was modern looking and spacious. Air con worked perfectly and there were proper blinds to block out the sun. The bathroom was clean and provided basic toilet amenities. The location of the room was superb as it was just outside the Split old town, so it was only a few minute walk to reach all the shops and restaurants but not affected by the noise from the crowds. The bed was also big and comfortable

The room is on the 3rd floor so if you have large luggage you will need to carry it up 3 flights of stairs as there is no lift. We also waited 15 minutes in the hot sun for the host to come greet us and give us the keys. Please note that they only accept cash payment if you pay at the property, so have cash prepared.

Location is amazing. Close to the old town area, walking distance. Dora was very responsive and helpful, giving us tips where to go and what to visit.

There is no parking at the building so you have to walk from a parking spot which is about 30 euros a day/night. It is close but if you have luggage, then it can be a hassle. The shower is broken. The bathroom looks very nice in the pictures but the shower needs to be replaced. You cannot take a proper shower unless they replace the heads. There is water coming out from places it shouldn't be coming out of.

The location was ideal, very close to the town, restaurants and bars. The room was clean, comfortable, it had a small terrace to sit outside. There was use of a kettle and a fridge which was handy. We were met by Evna, who checked us in. She was very helpful and informative giving us recommendations where to eat etc.

It would have been useful to know what to do on arriving to check in. We were early but wanted to drop our bags off. Fortunately, we were able to leave our bags at a near by hotel and go back and meet Evna to check in to our room.

Apartment is very well located. Beside a market, ATM and right in front of old town (literally 1 minute walking). Very comfortable, clean, with Aircon. The host is also really nice and let us leave our luggage there and come back to pick them up later. Nothing to complain and would definitely stay and recommend to everyone. I even came back there for another night at the end of our trip before we came back home.

The apartments are on the 3rd floor and there's no lift on the building. This was not a problem for us but good to keep in mind in case you have problems with stairs.

Location, location, location! The Nirvana rooms are located right In the heart of the Old Town - a stone’s throw from the Diocletian’s palace and some beautiful squares with lots of little streets with shops, cafes, restaurants. A fabulous location! Also very impressed with the daily laundry service, if required.

The bed was a little soft and therefore uncomfortable.

Only stayed for one night before catching a ferry but very lovely room and huge comfortable bed. close to the port and the old town. lovely big balcony. well stocked bathroom with huge shower was a definite highlight!

A bit difficult to find at night and check in instructions weren’t clear (someone needs to let you in) so spent a bit of time trying to find the place and how to get in. Slightly better coffee would be nice, the one provided was pretty undrinkable but not a big deal as we were leaving early anyway

The location is superb and the value is great. It's a good place for a short stay to explore the best parts of Split.

Parking is hell - beware if you're coming with a car. It's technically illegal to park on the street next to the building. The closest public parking that the hosts recommended was full. We found a spot which was a 15 minute walk from the place. Additionally, the bed was waay too soft.
