Hotel Marul

The location is great -very central and can walk everywhere very easily. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel rooms were very nice, and there was a lovely courtyard where we had breakfast every morning, The breakfast was also very good-quite simple but nicely done and plenty to eat for everyone. We used the hotel transfer from the airport to the hotel-again this went very smoothly and made it very easy for our group of 8. The hotel also arranged a day trip for us in the hotel minibus -which we all loved-so thank you.

It was in the attic, so the closet was too small for my jacket (winter coat would be way too long), quite low ceilings, parking is a problem because it is a public one where it is very difficult to find a spot (took me 20 minutes cruising).

Location is next to old town. Lovely garden (real grass!) for restaurant seating. Spacey family rooms easily sleeping the four of us. Friendly staff, received good hints what to explore in Split. Parking would be catered for (if we had chosen the right parking lot…there is one right next to the hotel). Very good breakfast buffet choices plus eggs and coffee made to order.

The position is excellent, perfect location. Near restaurants, bars and shops. 5 minute walk to Riv a promenade and the port for a must do boat trip. All the staff was so so friendly. Simon, who picked us up and returned us to the airport spoke very good English and gave us lots of information about Split, surrounding areas, local cuisine and wine. Katie who worked in the Hotel was also lovely and the bar girl who made our evening drinks for us. Rooms were spotless and a great choice for breakfast. Cannot wait to return!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

The hotel’s location was convenient for the main attractions. It had a lovely garden area, which is unusual for properties in the old town. it had a lift, which might be helpful to some guests. Our room (3) was clean and comfortable with a lovely, modern bathroom.

The personal service and friendliness of the staff. Always eager to help. The position of the hotel, near enough the city centre, but outside the busiest area. Plenty of information about tours to nearby areas and different ways of travel. A small but very pleasant garden

A little more variation of the dinner menu

The Location was very central, all attractions and night life reachable by 5 to 10 min walk. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was big, clean and modern. The breakfast was more than amazing. My wife's birthday was during our stay and the staff surprised us by special birthday cake and the owner gave us small surprise gift when we were leaving the hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. The owner has given us very good recommendations to experience the neighborhood. He was very cool and it was so fun talking to him. You will feel like home here. The hotel has all equipment.

very well maintained, modern interior, abutting the old town with the luxury of a parking g lot abutting it. The parking price is covered by the hotel. Lavish breakfast is included. There is an elevator from the ground floor to two of the three floors. convenient for those with Wheelchairs or strollers.

I liked everything about it.

Great location with easy access to town centre. Restaurant was excellent for an evening meal with great waiter

Parkin was a little complicated. Make sure you park at the car park right next to the hotel for free parking. The staff were super helpful with this

Location next to the old town was magnificent the remodelling of the house and landscaped garden were amazing, all the bathrooms modern, perfect blend of traditional and modern, cool rooms stylish rooms Staff were amazing such a range of different characters Simon, Catherine and then humorous one we shall leave unnamed, Will definitely come back wide selection for breakfast 😋
