It was a wonderful stay, We especially loved the kids facilities

Unfortunately my daughter appeared to have caught some sort of stomach bug, and we overheard another little one was having the same issue. But the hotel handled it incredibly- replacing all our bedding, organising laundry and new towels shortly after we informed them.

Room is great, the bathroom smart design. Love the Maro play room and while concept 9-21 that is included in the room rate.

Staff can be more guest oriented in the restaurant (e.g. the guests should not have to watch out for the staff taking and bringing the cutlery and setting/cleaning tables).

Really excellent facility, very clean, fantastic pools, no hidden charges for sunloungers, games rooms etc. would highly recommend

On the whole staff were really really lovely, just a couple in the outside restaurant area let them down unfortunately

Very good cleaning services. Nice room. Good food. Great location. Good parking. Free car charging at neighbouring hotel possible (just ask on the reception).

Very busy/crowded area (around pools, beaches, town). Noise in restaurant (probably cant be helped as its a family hotel). People blocking spots by the pools from early morning and then leaving them unused/blocked (there is a rule that the staff should remove them after 2 hours if unused, but they do not do it). Drinks could be much better at the price.

Everything was just perfect, from the location to food. Staff was amazing, hotel is just beautiful, my daughter was having a lot of fun in the pools and slides. The beach is a front od hotel. Thank you Valamar. We will definitely come back.

its agreat hotel with all the facilities a family with kids need: two pools , water slides , video games , play ground with pool table and soccer table and all sort of things to do for the kids. its close to the centre of porec and the beach . and the food was great

Location, efficiency, buffet, atmosphere.

This is a great hotel but geared up for families with younger children. The hotel has the opportunity and space to expand its facilities to create a more sophisticated area, where pool facilities can be enjoyed by adults and older children. The existing pool facilities were at times very crowded by young children and babies in armbands.

Comfortable rooms and very good service! Breakfast and dinner buffet were great with various options. Kids were enjoying the maro club and game lounge. Overall excellent experience!

Food (took half-board, breakfast and dinner) lots of choice and variety, tasty and good quality.

In-room consumable supplies could be more generous, no indoor fitness area was available.
