Hotel Bellevue Dubrovnik

Room was extremely relaxing. Bed really comfortable and super king size. Lovely balcony and did not feel overlooked. We had dinner at the Vapor restaurant sitting on the terrace overlooking sea while the sun set - great food and one of the most spectacular dining locations I have ever experienced. We were back in the same spot for breakfast which was fabulous, huge selection of really fresh food. All the staff were really attentive and helpful, and very friendly.

It seems like quibbling to point out any deficiencies after such a fantastic experience. I only things which did not seem quite up to the same standard were the beach cafe which seemed a bit ordinary compared with the rest of the hotel, and not having the choice of any streaming services in the room, other than a small selection of expensive films. Seemed a bit old fashioned when everywhere else we stayed had Netflix and other services available.

The hotel is in a very special location with magnificent views. The private/public beach is good fun. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The dining/bar options are faultless. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional.

The exterior of the hotel is very ugly. 1980s style blue glass and chrome. If I hadn't already paid for the hotel I might have told the taxi to keep driving. All is well however, once you enter. It has had a very tasteful, modern refurbishment, and when you see the views, you almost forget about the blue glass

- Service was impeccable - Fantastic food options including the extensive buffet breakfast, cafe, beach restaurant and the incredible Vapor which exceeded expectations. The degustation menu is worth it and takes you on a culinary journey. - Wait staff were fantastic, friendly and attentive throughout - The maid service was so efficient. The room always felt clean and was always made up either after we had returned from breakfast or from a day exploring the old town or spent beachside - The views were stunning, I've never stayed at such an exclusively positioned hotel before which made for a unique experience - The beach is beautiful and with lift access you can either spend time on the pebbles/sand, on the sun loungers or eating/drinking at the restaurant perfectly positioned there - Pool and spa facilities were exquisite, we had a great massage and facial during our stay

- Opening hours of the gym and pool were a little on the late side (8am)

Everything. The hotel is new, fresh, very clean, beautiful decor, with amazing sea view. I was given a free upgrade to a stunning suite, every detail was thought through. The bed was so comfy, excellent pillows and bed linen. Private beach and facilities were also very nice. Beautiful bar inside the hotel. Staff is always professional and friendly. Particularly impressed by the design and cleaniness. Food is great. I had a dreamy stay and wanted to prolong my holiday but they were fully booked.

I liked everything, maybe a suggestion to have better umbrellas at the beach club and a bit larger table in the balcony of the rooms to enjoy in room meals.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. We had some spa treatment which was incredible. The bar at night was really nice and had some good entertainment

Amazing hotel! Fabulous location, walking distance to old town (20 mins) and the fort. Hotel itself doesn't look like much when you first arrive but once inside is beautiful and modern. Rooms are compact but very functional, both restaurants amazing food/drinks and views! Ala carte restaurant is well worth the spend, food is stunning and service impeccable. All staff so friendly and also has a lovely spa too! Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back!

We arrived very early at the property (10am) and was originally told we couldn't get into our room until 2pm. Exhausted from a long overnight flight, we were given access to the spa/facilities to refresh until our room was ready. This was the only thing that marred our visit! Rocky/pebbled beach, take your beach shoes!

Gorgeous cliffside location and a beautiful, elegant hotel. The room was well decorated and very comfortable. Lovely breakfast and drinks on the terrace overlooking the sea.

It was all great, my only issue was on our check out day I read the sustainability leaflet in the room which said the bed sheets would be changed every day unless you left the leaflet on the bed to show otherwise - this seems very wasteful to me, and to go against sustainability initiatives as I expect a lot of people would not know that information and it should really be the other way round!

Very sweet hotel that I am visiting after 12 years. Super cosy, elegant, calm boutique hotel with a small beach( due to storm this time we could not enjoy much) but there are nice sunbeds and a good beach restaurant…lovely breakfast with a nice view is a plus!

The shower in the beach is freezing cold, changing 2 elevators and waiting long time to go to your room and vapor restaurant food not that good..gym is very tiny and 1 mat to use.. not a nice area really small and stuffy.. by the way the sun is going behind at 4.15 pm so beach is very limited sun exposed …

A really nice and exceptionally clean, modern (refurbished 2019) and well located hotel, 12 mins walk (or 3 minute, 4 euro Uber) from the old town. The hotel is located on the side of a cliff, affording lovely views over the beach and down the coast, especially from the balcony. There is lift access down to the semi-private beach, with loungers available when the weather improves. The bedroom and bathroom fittings were very good quality, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. All the public areas were very clean and crisp, including the spa, which is very smart. The staff were exceptionally helpful, pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, with a great choice, and plenty of staff. The bar in the evening was pleasant, friendly and relaxed. Highly recommended for a very relaxing and comfortable quality stay!

I honestly can't think of anything we did not like.

The location, so close to old town, but still felt very private. The whole facility was super clean. The restaurants had great food and superb views. The staff were always so kind and helpful.

I didn't like that I paid for a superior room with balcony and sea view, but only saw trees out of our room. I had to go to the very end corner of the balcony to get a glimpse of the ocean. It should have not been advertised as ocean view, but rather partial, very partial. The view advertised did not match the room I got. Given this, I did not feel I got value from the room.
