House of Nomad - Adults only

Great location close to the beach. Not too far from anything. Facility is very clean, pool is nice, and premises is very quiet. Loved having my own kitchen to cook in while staying.

There was some noise from the restaurant/bar nearby, but wasn't loud too late. There are much worse locations in this respect on the main strip. Also, the wifi is good, but not 100%. It will go out for a minute or two every hour or so and has a weak signal sometimes. It works fine most of the time, but if I had to be on zoom calls all day it might get a little annoying. That being said, it is plenty fast enough to work remotely, stream tv, etc. Just with a few interruptions.

Perfect location for us. A pleasant, short walk from the beach, supermarkets, shops and restaurants but set back far enough from the main road to be peaceful. As House of Nomad is on the edge of the new development it is still within the area of trees and therefore the wildlife and birds can be seen and heard. The property is still being landscaped and a little work is ongoing but it did not disturb us and it was good to see the cheery workmen around. They were always very apologetic for "intruding" but it really was no problem. The owner even took the time to explain and apologise. All staff very helpful and polite. The room itself is spacious with a great bathroom and kitchen area. No oven, microwave or kettle but the hob, fridge freezer and coffee maker were enough for us. Enjoyed swimming in the pool and eating meals and relaxing in the little garden area surrounded by plants.

There was no hanging space for clothes - a minor point if only staying a few nights. The coffee maker is brand new and really fast, unfortunately the design of the spout was poor and coffee spilt each time we tried to pour it. Again a minor issue but perhaps a point for the manager to take account of when they need replacing. We would stay here again!

This is our 4th time in Costa Rica and this is the best hotel we ever stayed at. It is a beautiful, modern, spotless hotel walking distance to the beach. You can't beat the location. The pool is half-olympic size, amazing! The rooms are huge, with comfy beds. the bathroom is the biggest (and cleanest:) I have found in Costa Rica. The modern kitchen really helps when you dont feel like going out. We will definitely be back next year .

I can't think of anything. We wish we could have prolonged our stay, we were sad to hear you were fully booked (but makes sense you do get fully booked very quickly:)

This is a great place that is really modern, new, very clean and private. Room, amenities, bed and shower are extremely nice! Easy and quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants The owner and all the staff are extremely helpful, kind and engaging. We have stayed at 6 or 7 places in Tamarindo in the past 4 years and this stay surpassed them all. Will definitely stay again.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

Beautiful new build right in the centre of Tamarindo - great kitchen, the biggest shower I’ve ever been in, the bed was so comfortable and the pillows were heavenly. The staff were really kind and helpful, and great to have a pool to relax by. Great stay

A little on the expensive side for us but you couldn’t fault the place otherwise

great location, close to the center and restaurants but also quiet. Super nice modern clean room with a great bed and everything you need in the kitchen to prepare some meals. we also loved the big pool and the staff which was super helpful organizing trips.

The room and garden could need some personal touch ( e.g pictures or some more plants around the pool).

The internet wasn't strong and I chose this place for coworking. The grounds keepers sometimes had the hose falling into the pool and brought dirt in when they were cleaning the area -please be careful to ensure the pool stays clean for guests.

This is a brand new hotel that has only been open a short time. The staff and the owner were exceptional. The staff's customer service was above and beyond helpful. They actually helped us secure a golf cart for us when we spent hours trying to rent one with no success. After check out, we were able to keep our luggage in the office until we left for the airport. I very much recommend House of Nomad.

This hotel is located in the center of Tamarindo, but in quiet area. You can relax in peace by the relatively large swimming pool. The hotel is close to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. You will find everything you need in its surroundings. There was nothing to complain about the room and cleaning. Nice and helpful staff. Puravida

Very nice spacious and modern room. They seem to be new bulit/renovated. There is everything you need in the room.

The surrounding seems to be not finished yet. We didn‘t spend a lot of time in the garden are as it feels still a bit like a construction site. But I‘m sure they will get there. Nice pool though.
