A full breakfast, great. Location was excellent. This hotel had all the amenities I needed, the pool was heated and beautiful. The spa and the staff were excellent. Everything was clean, no complaints. There is a mall right next to it, with the entrance inside the hotel- very convenient and has everything you may need.

I requested a quite room/floor, they offered a VIP room at the top floor that included an open snack bar M-F 3-8p and check in right away for 20 something more dollars each day. I got there at 230p and they would not let me into my original room. However, once I upgraded they let me into the VIP room- same room decorated differently, it was at the top floor. Yes it was quite, but the snack bar was not worth it, getting there at 5pm there were never any snacks left and no one overseeing this. I did not think it was worth it.

Everything in the hotel is superb, from the pool, steam-room and sauna. The food is very good and the breakfast is exceptional. The staff, without doubt, make this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and the wifi is excellent. Huge comfy beds and nice size bathrooms. All the rooms have smart TV's and logging into Netflix/Youtube was an added bonus. Fantastic coffee shop with a nice veranda just inside the front entrance of the hotel. What I loved most was that NOTHING is too much trouble with any request you have - the staff are simply brilliant. Location is right in the centre of Pereira and on Avenue Cirunvalar. This the 5th time I have stayed here and can't recommend it highly enough.

Great location in Pereira if you need/want to be close to business or nightlife. The breakfast is pretty good, although very local flavours. Rooms are pretty comfty

I stayed during the gas shortage in the region, I understand the restrictions of this situation obviously, but I would have expected that once they had regained Gas usage they would have informed the guests. I only found out there was hot water or that the spa was opened a day later after a casual conversation with a breakfast employee

Restaurant. The food is way too expensive for the little food that is served during dinner. I purchase a casero la de mariscos and it was mostly soup with maybe one or two shrimp. I was so disappointed I stopped having dinner there due to amount of food that is served.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable with good air conditioning. The breakfast was outstanding with so many choices! They even had the Encanto characters all dressed up for the kids and gave out little cookies. The location was great because there were other restaurants close by and shops if needed.

I wish my room had a coffee maker. Not sure why it didn't. I tried to call but the phone wasn't working. I wish the waiters came out more often to the pool area. Felt a bit neglected out there, but then asked the pool staff to call the waiter and that seemed to work.

Everything went okay. The only thing I didn’t like the maid came for service of personal laundry when she saw I had lots of laundry she kind of changed the subject and just walk out. I felt that she didn’t want to do it.

The hotel has an amazing architecture design, natural light, heated pool, excellent spa, a sophisticated bar, excellent wines, room service and coffee shop that can confection delicious coffee drinks. By far this hotel is the best. Junior suite, room service and afull couple spa package can make your visit unforgettable.

Honestly I did not find a bad thing.

I wanted to take my wife to a luxurious hotel and this fit the bill. Great comfortable room and bedding. They have a great breakfast buffet that is well worth the price.

Pereira is in Colombia's coffee triangle, and is a destination for people exploring Colombia's coffee culture. So I was disappointed that the coffee they served for breakfast was not very good, in my opinion. There is an espresso bar in the lobby with good coffee, however I wanted to take some up to our room. The barista made lattes and actually handed me cups on saucers to take up to my room. There was no way I could do that without spilling it, and I did all over the lobby. I could never have negotiated the elevator. They don't have "to go" cups. Seems odd to me. All in all these are very minor complaints about a great place.

best location! super close to the airport and super close to the night life! all the popular bars and clubs are near this hotel. everything about the inside of the hotel is perfect! gym, pool, sauna and steam room available. even saw the pereira national football team!

I paid for a premium room. the room was the same as my previous stay . all I got was access to the lounge which was sad and only open on weekdays . in other words , the premium room was worthless .
