Hilton Garden Inn Bogota Airport

The room was very clean, and quiet. The bed is very comfortable. The staff at the front counter allowed me to use the Jacuzzi outside of hours because of the delays in getting out of the airport

The shuttle doesn’t run very often, it seems to me that being so close to the airport and having a driver on this, it should just constantly go back and forth. Instead it’s only every hour. The staff at the front desk in the morning tried to charge me an additional “Tax” that would have put the total rate well over the booking.com amount. I argued and didn’t have to pay, but another traveller without adequate Spanish or English would be in a tricky situation

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The cleaning lady Carmen was especially helpful and friendly as were the front desk agents, taxi drivers, servers in the restaurants during breakfast. They look out for you and offer help when needed with a big smile. The size of the rooms are amazing as are the views. The beds are extremely comfortable.

The choices at the breakfast were at times limited. One day there was only the choice of caldo, fruit, juevos revueltos con jamon, chicken nuggets, and small chorizos apart from the regular bread and cereal.

We liked the location (very close to the airport) and that a free shuttle to/from the airport was available. We also liked the security offered at the hotel (you needed your room key card to be able to go to your room/floor). Beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet.

There aren’t many restaurants within walking distance and your only options for meals (other than a somewhat expensive breakfast) were to order room service (we couldn’t find a room service menu anywhere in the room), to travel to the center/downtown (30 min away) or to order delivery from a restaurant (not the easiest task to do).

The check-in process takes extremely long. As we arrived early in the morning we could leave our bags, which were stored securely, but we also wanted to store valuables, money and passports in a safe box. We were assured that such service is possible. When we returned from the city tour no one knew where our passports etc are and finally they were found on a shelve in an easy accessible office behind the reception. Nothing was missing, lucky us, but for someone else it might end up with problems.

They offer airport shuttle for free, hotel location is just great, it is near to airport, to US embassy and some nice malls. Facilities are quiet, the double room was superb, bathroom had auxiliary mirror, hair dryer, soap, body lotion, and all other amenities expected in a 4* hotel, the bed was amazing with high quality cotton sheets and comfy pillows, room felt fresh and nice. great view on the 10th floor, menu selection at their restaurant was great, staff was really friendly to all my inquiries. Coffee pods taste on the room was amazing! The space distribution and its deco was also really nice, overall experience in this hotel was excellent.

just trying to get a taxi form entrance was difficult cause there wasn't any, but staff helped us and we got a ride in couple of minutes. Complimentary water bottles quantity could be increased, avoiding unnecessary room service calls

Room size is huge when you are choosing a king size bed. The room service was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast had some local dishes, fresh fruits and vegetable. Hotel has an own shuttle service.

The WLAN internet connection was not very stable and with VPN connection nearly not useable. The variation at the breakfast during one weak was weak and especially during the weekend some offerings were not available after a short time period. Due to the location, the noise of starting and landing airplanes is inevitable.

The hotel is really beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable, the room clean and spacious. There was even a balcony. The staff was great and friendly. And room service was quick and food delicious!

There was a mechanical noise that we think was coming from the air conditioner that woke us up almost every hour during the night( loud bang). We only stayed one night during a flight connection and had to get up super early for our flight 4am, so it made for a restless night. We didn’t complain to the front desk because we only stayed one night. If we had stayed longer, we would have asked for a room change.

one omelet order was taken by another tourist and we reordered it, but did not repeat the same ingredient. maybe the sheet the order was checked market on was misplaced

The hotel is managed highly professional with a very informed and helpful staff. The shuttle service, its closeness to the airport, and the easy and convenience check-in and check-out stand out well.

During my time at the jacuzzi room, other guests entered with their own speaker and played loud music. The hotel should put a sign at the entrance to this room not allowing personal music or other audios being played there while other guests are using this space. Just a recommendation.

Clean, efficient, standard airport hotel - does everything you expect. Great service in both English and Spanish, close to the airport, with a nice view of the Bogota skyline in the distance. Excellent in allowing me to store my bags for a few days and to pick them up when I returned from travelling nearby.

I had difficulty finding the hotel shuttle stop on the second level of the airport terminal (though this is perhaps more of a critique of Bogota El Dorado Airport than the hotel). The area immediately around the hotel seems safe but has limited dinner or food options - guests are essentially forced to eat in the hotel or order online.
