AZ Hotel

It’s the second time we choose this hotel in order to go to the US Embassy in Bogota. The hotel meets all the needs and have breakfast included. The location is great with nearby restaurants. The front desk is very kind and helpful arranging transportation both to the embassy and to the airport.

Breakfast could be delivered a little bit earlier when having the appointment at the Embassy at 7:00 o’clock in the morning.

It was an excellent hotel. Clean, tidy and just nice in general.

The only things I could fault was the receptionist wasn't overly friendly. He didn't seem to want to be there but he wasn't rude. And, that they add the IVA when you are going to pay, which is strange. Normally this is included in the price you get from Booking. A little misleading maybe..?

Location was good, close to the convention center I had to attend, however there's not plenty to do in the area. You'll be needing a few 30-40min uber drives to get around the city to main touristic areas. Good breakfast composed of: hot drink, natural fruit juice of the day, pineapple, bread or arepas and eggs.

Room didn't have aircon and got a bit chilly at night, good bedding compensated.

The reception was amazing, the receptionist and other employees were extremely kind, able to effectively help at every step. Very good airport transportation service offered. Breakfast met expectations. Rooms were clean. Very good wifi service.

comment for the owner: make sure the bathroom doors close properly as they did not close properly. It would have also been nice if there was a coffeemaker available in the room or somewhere else to be able to prepare coffee as there was no way to get a coffee within the hotel past breakfast hours.

Comfortable rooms and good location for US-Visa issuance. Maria from the staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs, always willing to help with lots of kindness

Rooms offered hair dryer and Coffi machine while booking, but actually was not available once at the hotel.

Location, friendly staff (Michael), breakfast, and value for money.

Slight musty smell in rooms. Noise in lobby late at night and then car alarms going off at 3am (not the fault of hotel)

I like the installations and location, the price is good compared with other hotel at the zone, still a little bit expensive in my opinion.

They have a fixed and very expensive late check-out/early check in fees

Excellent service, if it was raining the staff were quick to offer us an umbrella, and the it was a higher quality breakfast than what I've had from other hotels in the area

Everything was great, from the room to the breakfast. I would definitely recommend it's close to the American embassy like 6 min walk. The room was nice the bed comfy and my favorite the shower (hot water).
