Novotel Vina del Mar

The room was nice, very roomy and the morning breakfast buffet lovely. The front desk staff, bar and restaurant were all friendly, responsive and very nice.

Housekeeping was slow to respond in getting us an iron and ironing board (none in the room) and did not clean our room during our stay. We checking in on a Friday and out on a Monday - Saturday we were preparing for a wedding and asked to have the cleaning skipped but Sunday we left a tag to clean the room and it never happened.

Amazing hotel in amazing location. We enjoyed the room with great view on 14th floor, free underground parking, rich breakfast, pool and terrace on 3rd floor. WiFi is good, rooms are clean and comfortable. Very good and big bed, amazing shower. Recommend to stay.

If you come to breakfast past 9 AM, there will be crowded and may not be nice place to seat. Recommended to come before 9AM (better on 8AM).

Love the big room, very clean and also quiet. Comfortable bed, so had some nice sleep. Also located in a nice area near the restaurants and bars.

I would expect service at the pool, nobody came to me to ask if I wanted a drink, while the weather was very hot. I had to get it myself at the bar on the terrace. Later, was also the service at the terrace not that good, I had to ask for a drink and when I was finished they didn't check if we wanted new ones. It could be easy to satisfy your customers when being more on top of it.

The room was quiet and the temperature was suitable. The bed is very comfortable I could sleep very well, I have stayed in a lot of hotels in the city and this has the most comfortable bed.

The breakfast room was freezing I assume that was because of the air conditioner, I had to have breakfast with the jacket on. Also, the staff allows people to smoke cigarettes near the breakfast-room door, so the smell goes into the room and that it's very disgusting in my opinion, they should be more careful about that, maybe close the door or tell people to go smoke somewhere else.

A hotel accessible to all places, beaches, malls and very safe. Each floor of the hotel has its own security card to provide tranquility and peace for us. Now, breakfast, lunch or dinner a lot of dedication and professionalism, really really amazing.The staff the same professional and very staff friendly. Thanks Novotel hotel for everything, the best experience located in the heart of Vina del Mar. Wonderful swimming pool, gym, Sauna, beautiful view. I am from Sydney Australia and I recommend them to everyone.

I have run out of time in this wonderful Novotel hotel. I have to go back to Australia but I will be back soon and for longer.

Together with my booking, I asked the hotel to provide the room on a high floor, which they did, and it had a nice corner position with a beautiful, relaxing view over the city. It was silent which is the most important feature to me, and the bed was super comfy. Size and decoration were very nice. Also the location is nice, a short walk from the restaurant area and the promenade.

I wish they would provide a free bottle of water and the breakfast would have more options in the fruit. Getting hot water in the shower was a bit of a struggle on the high floor.

The facilities are brand new, room very nice an clean, modern look, confy bed and pillows. Not far away to rsstaurants and the shore

Checking in wasn't very fast. The room is a bit too dark. The breakfast is good but you would have expect it to be better considering that it is not a complementary one. Also, the restaurant ran out of coffee and they never replace it, we were able to get just one cup of coffee for our breakfast

The room service food was excellent and quick. The room was modern and clean, with enough storage space for us to unpack our bags. We really liked the location, which is close to the bus stop and walking distance from restaurants, shops and the waterfront. Overall, very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

It was a shame that the pool was closed.

Great wifi, garage, nice views, good rooms.

Most of my credit cards did not work in credit mode, just in debit mode. It seems hotel does not consider that their problem. So, bring half a dozen cards, maybe one will actually work. Also, they do not provide with rejection receipt, so my banks cannot trace the problem. I heard that problem happens to other foreigners.

Very good hotel, reception staff very helpful. In particular they were very helpful with local recommendations about the best places to visit. Fair sized rooms with comfortable furniture and bed, breakfast also very good. Also a nice bar near the reception.

There was an outdoor swimming pool ,due to the weather it was really too cold to use. I don’t know if there are warmer days when guests do use it?
