clean comfortable in a lovely area pool has great views

odd set up-there are multiple lifts with very few signs to say where things are. the gym remains a mystery to me. many of the staff don’t speak English which is fine of course but when there are no signs and three or four sets of lifts to access different areas it’s a challenge to navigate the place! the pool is glorious but odd set up with no showers (they’re used as storage rooms) or lockers. the limited English meant my transfer took me to the wrong location afterwards, the hotel has not reimbursed me for this cost; it’s a shame to say I should have used Uber.

The location and staff were amazing. A great vibe in all the communal areas. Nothing was too much bother. they arranged places to eat before we arrived and our pick up from the airport and all was perfect.

We stayed in a Wow Suite and it wasn’t WOW. maybe 15 years ago but now looking shabby. it didn’t spoil our stay as staff were so good we didn’t want to complain.

This is the second time I stay at the hotel, mainly because of how near it is to my daughter's home. This time we were pleased to get un upgrade in our room, although it did not have 2 beds (but a large one) as we had booked; since the hotel was fully booked, we accepted the room anyway. Breakfast was marvelous as usual; I would like to thank - particularly to Juan Pablo, who had been our attendant back in September, and remembered us by our names; he was really kind and made breakfast such a nice experience!

The shower had only cold water due to some particular problem, so we had to take baths.

Had a great stay, very nice room. Breakfest on the terrace, impressive, very nice view over the golf to the cordillera. Best location to go for dinner, the Isidora is the street with most outside-seating restaurants. Especially in corona-times, we did extremely appreciate. Also close to the costanera center, walking distance, or parque arauco, by car. Bogh great malls. Also nice, for an outdoor dining experience: the mall "alto des condes". 5 minutes drive. Of course, all activities, can be done directly from here. 2 evenings we had in room dining. We where surprised about the high quality. Great

Unfortunately, the restaurants in the hotel where closed, due to covid. That was sad, they are high level.

good internet, location of the pool

they open the pool at 11 am only and limit the number of people there during the day and always ask about your room number and if You have made reservation. But on the other side, there was a party in the pool area after 7 pm with 100+ people, and there they dont care. Very strange.

The breakfast buffet is excelent with lots of choices. The Japanese restaurant is fantastic. The location is outstanding, close to restaurants, shopping centers and very convenient.

the gym is shared with the buildig and closes at 2 pm on weekends,

didn’t like the numerous lifts. was very confusing and. it clearly marked. also concierge gave us quite a bit of incorrect information on a couple of occasions

amazing big spacious rooms, great room service, staff was very nice and great location

sometimes a bit too loud at the lobby area, lots of corporate events and movement

Great decor, great beds, great food, great views, beautiful restaurants and common areas, just leave me here and let me live here please

Very expensive for late check-out if you are on the late night flight back to the USA

the room was amazing, but above all the staff. Particularly Daniela Aramayo offered us everything we needed on a timely fashion to make our stay perfect

shower temperature was not hot enough (room 1001), needs a minos maintenance
