The first thing that stood out to me was the comfortable bed - it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the room was clean and well-maintained, which always adds to the overall comfort of a stay. Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast - it was delicious and filling, and provided a great start to each day. Finally, the hotel's location was also a major plus - it was well-located and within easy reach of all the main sights and attractions in Santiago.

I don’t have any negative feedback I am afraid. The staff was amazing. They were always friendly, approachable, and ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was directions to a nearby attraction or recommendations for a great local restaurant, they were always happy to assist.

I actually stayed here the previous week as well. The overall experience was good. Just a tiny thing the day we checked out : The two ladies working at the counter could not speak any english, which is absolutely weird for a hotel but also they were rude, especially the dark hair one, she treated my wife poorly two times when she came to ask very simple things at thw reception. At some point another colleague had to come and assist her because she was not understanding anything and getting frustrated.

I recently stayed at the ibis budget in Santiago, Chile and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Great location

Size of room a little small

Very good hotel in classy neighborhood, close to shops, Metro Station "Manuel Montt", banks, pharmacies etc. Do visit the gigantic shopping center underneath the Costanera Tower. Good variety of television channels: also Spain, USA and Britain. Breakfast, served by Jorge and the rest of the staff, will secure an excellent start of the day!

Great service, and attention to the guests. My pet was allowed (for a small fee) and treated with great care and attention. We also requested for the luggage storage service which was provided for a small fee, with great security and without any issues for us.

There was a lot of people during the check-in process, so it was a bit slower than normal. Due to the extra flow of guests, there was noticeable noise in the hallways. The heating in the lobby was set a bit high, a big contrast to the ambient temps in Santiago.

The area is just perfect. Located in the heart of the new city center, reachable by bus or metro. Has a parking area for kiss and ride Good coffee Nice reception Our room had an amazing view to the mountains And the rooms have everything you need for a good stay Most importantly for us, seems to be quite gay friendly. And for us a lesbian couple felt safe and nice

The location is ideal (close to multiple modes of transit & a lively & safe neighbourhood 👍🏻 The Breakfast is Basic.. but filling..!! Rooms are a fair size for IBIS budget brand..

No ice machine.. anywhere on the property..!! Although the staff were nice enough to offer me ice from the FD.. as many times as I wanted 🙂👍🏻

reception staff were undertrained and frankly pretty useless. checkin was painfully long. every encounter was unnecessarily lengthy and confused. the doorman was absolutely great. perhaps they should give him a little more responsibility as he was the only competent person there

The room was comfortable, the location was superb and the hosts were very helpful. There is a play area in the lobby that's great for kids and adults alike.

The breakfast option is very limited, so it's not a very good value for the money. Room maintenance requires you to hang the indication on the door. If not, the room will not be serviced.
