Auberge De Mon Petit Chum B&B

The owner of this B&B Dawn, was so incredibly lovely and accommodating to my boyfriend and I when we stayed here after a wedding. She provided dairy free options for my boyfriend and even gave us a free room upgrade! She always made her self available to contract in case we had any questions or concerns (we didn't), and I feel she did everything she could to make our stay exceptional, which it was! Would most definitely recommend this B&B to stay in if you are in the area or are looking for a quiet place to stay while you tour the beautiful countryside of Wakefield. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend here, but will definitely be coming back. Also the breakfast options for highly impressive and both my boyfriend and I enjoyed both our breakfasts and our stay!

Dawn was a wonderful host welcoming us and accommodating an early checkin to get us to a wedding on time. The breakfasts were excellent, pre-ordered from a varied menu making use of tasty local products. The location in Wakefield was perfect for access to the Saturday market, walks along the river paths and close to the best restaurants.

Complete breakfast--several choices. Great location. Dawn, the owner, is lovely -- a warm-hearted , open person. She made us feel right at home.

The weather-- it rained off and on all day. We were hoping to spend the day enjoying the park, so we had to settle for the interesting sights around the lovely town of Wakefield. We can't blame Dawn for the weather, though.

Awesome B&B , great breakfast included... Rooms are well decorated and so clean...Bbcue tiki bar open fire pit etc...Again the Owner Dawn is addictive attractive and delightful, Her knowledge, sense of humour and dedication is second to none ...Breathless and well situated B&B close to all tourist attraction and resto bars...

The room I was in didn’t have an ensuite bathroom but that was ok because it did have a private bathroom just across the hall. Unfortunately, as in many of these lovely old houses, there is no air conditioning. A portable air conditioner and a fan were running in the room but I ended up turning it off because it made too much noise.

Dawn was a lovely, incredibly attentive host who made you feel completely at home. The room was cheerful and the location fantastic, just a few minutes walking distance from restaurants, the local beach and the grocery store. Dawn made us a delicious breakfast that we have since replicated at home:). Can't wait to come back!

Clean and cozy bed and breakfast in beautiful Wakefield! Dawn is such a tentative and gracious host and makes you feel at home. Her property is a two minute walk to Riverside (the main street in town) and hiking trails are right behind the property, so it's the perfect location if you want to explore the town for a little getaway. Breakfast was fantastic and we loved all of the options available! Thanks again!

The breakfast was superior to most bfast included in quality, variety of options and room service was a nice bonus so we didn't have to be fully ready before eating.

Google maps sent us only to the end of the road for strange reason (out of your hands). We managed with the address afterwards so all is good. No complaints.

Dawn is an exceptional host, she made us feel home and catered with an amazing breakfast, even provided every equipment for an evening BBQ. The B&B is located in a quiet street with a trail just around the corner. Wakefield is a pretty little town with everything one would need.

The place is somewhat dated but everything works though. Walls are thin which decreases privacy.

It was a bed and breakfast located in a scenic area within walking distance from pleasant views along the river shore. The host was a very nice lady, breakfast was very good and the atmosphere was relaxing
