Hotel Espresso Montreal Centre-Ville / Downtown

Great location, just 5 minutes walk from St Catherine, 14 minutes walk from VIA Station, with busses and subway in walking distance if you don't like walking. No car is needed if you stay in here. Also have indoor parking and indoor swimming pool. Staff was friendly and eager to help with any questions. Check-in is at 3pm, but we were almost an hour earlier and got the room right away! Check out also was also quick and friendly. Room is spacious, has a safe, an iron, a microwave and mini fridge. Will stay there again.

The property was clean and the staff friendly. We were on the 4th floor and still enjoyed the view. The property was not far from our bust drop off, We will definitely look this hotel up again on our next trip, it was a great location and very convenient!

The hotel and staff were great, sometimes however we did hear street noise. However this is expected when staying in a big city like Montreal.

The staff working during our arrival was great and super friendly. The place offers free espresso and teas, which was great to warm up from the cold outside. The beds were comphy. Great location, close to tons of restaurants.

I notice that the washroom toilet take tons of water, which could be regulated better for the environment. specially the lobby one. it was truly a lot of water wasted. another thing is no sofa or chairs on the loby space, not good to wait for ubers standing there.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location was also very good.

The staff weren’t particularly friendly, the room was quite noisy and there were extra service fees at the end of the stay on top of the tax. The hallway was very noisy (even though we were in the end room) and you could hear the people walking around on the floor above you. The car parking was also $30 a day, which is a bit expensive for hotel guests.

The staff were remarkable, pleasant & very helpful. Our concerns were dealt in positive manner ASAP!.

The hotel rooms could be more cleaner. The floor mopping should be more frequently done. Also the Wheelchair accessible rooms need a remodeling of walk in shower. Too small for a commode to fit.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean. I had a late flight and early morning departure and had told them in advance and they were very accommodating to me. There was no miscommunication and when I asked about the bus to the terminal I was also able to exchange my $20 bill for coins.

I was only there for a short time so I didn’t get to use any of the facilities but regarding the room and staff, I have no complaints.

staff was AMAZING. room was SO clean.. bed was SO comfy. location was EVERYTHING!! we loved it all and the coffee available 24/7 at front desk was the greatest final touch. we will be returning!

the only thing we did not like was the woman running the gift shop was EXTREMELY RUDE. i asked her kindly what time she was open until and she rudely told me in a loud tone it was “ON THE DOOR”

Location was convenient enough to leave our vehicle at the hotel and walk to our destinations. It's worth it location and price. An I'm a Hilton member so I'm use to certain things.

Neighbors in jointed room was very loud as we had a 9 month old, trying to either sleep or put down for bed time. Or people in halls were being loud.

Got caught by a multi day flight cancelation and the staff did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Can't say enough about the staff support! The rooms were also excellent, very comfortable and clean. Very nice pool area too. The hotel is very close to St. Catherine Street, walked around all day, saw the sights and had some great food.

Room was clean with newer finishes and spacious enough to have a little room to spread out, convenient short walk to metro, shopping, restaurants and cafes.

Hotel lobby and immediately outside entrance had people who didn’t appear to be hotel guests loitering which was a little off putting
