-proximity to sporting event we were involved in -terrific value for the amenities: microwave; fridge; kettle -very clean & tidy -in a safe neighbourhood near to main business district (restaurants, stores, banks etc) -friendly & helpful staff despite language challenges (by us) -good WiFi connection and lots of TV channels.
-didn’t like having to go home! -decor a little monochromatic—> white (could use some colour?)
