Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was very clean and modern, and so was every other area. The bedding was nice and comfortable, and the bathrooms had very generously sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles. There was also a nice lunch/snack area near the reception with a microwave, coffee machine, and water dispenser. Overall, it was a great experience that surpassed my expectations.

The door to the bathroom didn't lock properly (it was one of those wooden sliding doors). A little far from main attractions, but understandable since it is an airport hotel.

Room was clean, and front desk staff/cleaning staff were absolutely delightful. They were kind and responded quickly and efficiently. There was just a slight confusion on the towels where we had a room with 2 adults and 2 children but only 3 towels were provided for one of the rooms. But they gave a new towel after being asked, which was great! Otherwise, room service came to clean our room when it was asked as we stayed for 2 nights/3 days and it was cleaned very well. Wonderful staff and would love to stay again!

Location wise, it's nice that it's close to the airport and that they offer shuttles. But when driving to the area by car and being unfamiliar with the location, it can be confusing to find what you are looking for.

Very clean, comfortable mattress, pillows and bedding. Clean, quiet room with no funky smells (including of cleaners). Charging outlets for phones/laptops available right by bedside. Air conditioning was set to a very comfortable level. Big screen TV - sharp and bright picture. Good quality hairdryer, and soaps including shampoo and conditioner (pleasant fragrance; not strong). Roomy and very clean shower stall. Hallways in hotel had fresh, clean smell (almost no fragrance which was very appreciated). Restaurant food very tasty. Free shuttle to airport. Friendly staff.

Fan in bathroom didn't work. Could have used an extra set of towels. The dark cabinetry makes room seem smaller. Could have used a bit more lighting. Fridge enclosed in cabinet seemed very warm on outside - perhaps a fire hazard? A stand for luggage would have been appreciated. Limited channels on TV. Barndoor style door on bathroom would not stay closed. Restaurant quite expensive for portions, and had to wait a long time for our order. Some patrons at bar next to dining area extremely noisy.

The hotel employees were all friendly, helpful and perfectly bilingual. The complimentary chocolate chip cookie and bottle of water on arrival was an added bonus to a stay at the Doubletree Airport. The free shuttle to YUL airport was reliable, departed at regular intervals and the drivers were pleasant. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the room amenities, e.g. flat screen tv, high end toiletries, tea and coffee maker, etc. were all appreciated. Free wifi and printer in the business lounge made printing airline boarding cards and ArriveCan forms a breeze. Lovely breakfast buffet and pleasant wait staff. Although the hotel appeared to be lost in the middle of the countryside, it was within walking distance of a Via Rail station, convenience stores and a fabulous Italian restaurant called La Focaccia.

There was an indoor swimming pool, as promised, but it was much smaller than I expected. I would have loved to have had a minibar or small fridge in the room: it would have made the stay much more enjoyable. Elevators were small and slow with very long walks down hallways to get to and from the hotel reception. Any drinks and snacks sold by the reception were overpriced.

It was very clean the staff who attended us was very professional and nice. The bed felt like a cloud! I also loved that it was so close to the airport and that the have a shuttle bus.

When we first got to the hotel and walked in through the doors there were 2 ladies at front desk; the other young lady who did not attend us rolled her eyes as if she was upset that she seen people coming in. I don’t think she noticed I seen her. Also I’m the description of the room it said there was a microwave in the room and there was not.

Bed was amazing and slept well

Switches for room Could have been bedside as were all individual lamps. Coffee pods were not clear as English and not familiar what was what. Room service was not clear as wanted to order to my room but was not sure how too. Staff where very polite on arrival and leaving however there was not much help on arrival. Pool was not mentioned or how to use and bar/ breakfast/restaurant how it works and where times, where my room is and how to get to it. Just was checked in given my card and then I was left asking questions like the above where after a few I felt like I was being stupid so did not ask and when to my room.

I was cautious after reading some of the negative reviews but it was the opposite. The staff were cheerful, efficient and engaging. The room was modern (I wished for Netflix but there was a movie channel and it was a big TV) and clean. The gym was good, also very clean and the pool was fine. The breakfast buffet was worth the money, again the staff were great. The courtesy bus was very handy.

The bed unfortunately wasn't great, a sloping mattress topper I think, but hey, there's a war going on, the bed was a first world problem.

Quick 5 minute shuttle to and from the airport. Shuttle started at 4 AM so was convenient to catch an early morning flight. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good room darkening drapes are so helpful if need to sleep during daylight. Also the hotel room was very quiet.

It would be good to expand the menu to include lighter foods than typical pub fare. Even a soup or light casserole would be a step up. As there aren't other nearby restaurant options a more varied menu would make this hotel the perfect stop.
