Fantastic bar location (though we did not actually go in there). Had dinner in the dining room. Fantastic. Loved the pool and the location. Free and plentiful parking. Professional staff. Answered questions at checkin.

Just the bed. Not as comfortable as both of us commented to each other. Sheets were rough and scratchy. Overbleached? Can't blame you for that. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. Not bad enough that we wouldnt stay there again. Our next trip through may bew as early as April.

The location and the price for Long weekend was unbeatable within surrounding hotels. 45 min -1 hr hrs drive into Sandbanks Prince Edward County and 45 minutes to the Lil town of Picton Ontario. 35 minutes drive to Ferris Provincial Park.

Very minor complaint but we didn't have extra sheets and blankets placed in our room for the sofa bed. We asked the cleaning attendants and the ladies were very friendly, quick to act upon leaving the extra blankets and sheets in the room while we were out exploring. All in all.. nothing big, just ask and you shall receive!

Room was great. Bed was comfortable as well as the pull out couch. Hotel is right off the highway but you couldn't hear the traffic. Close to Tim Hortons if you wanted a quick breakfast or coffee.

No Breakfast offered as they had a restaurant attached to the hotel. There wasn't any sheets or blanket for the pull out couch which we had to ask for. But everything else was great.

The staff in the bar was the highest level of service 10 out of 10 because they had just closed the bar but we had checked in to our room and they still agreed to make us food. so nice. the girl at the front desk who checked my families in was the sweetest person. she was so kind to my family. we will stay again

beds were uncomfortable and pool room was freezing. but other than that it was an excellent stay

No wonder the restaurant is popular - terrific breakfasts, at a reasonable price. Room (at least ours on third level, facing south) is everything you want in a no-nonsense type hotel: QUIET!, clean, functional (switches, plugs, hooks, tables, etc where you need them), decent shower.

Room fan seemed to go on and off, instead of just being constant.

The facility is in need of an update and refurbishment. Other than that, location (just off the highway) and cost can't be beat.

We were originally given a room that was beside the side entrance/exit. Every time someone came in the side door, it would bang against the wall, shaking our beds that were also attached to the same wall. Not possible to sleep. We asked to be moved and they accommodated us with another room.

Convenient location easy in easy out

A little dark at north end when entering at night. Plus the little arrow telling you which was to put the card in the door was way too small for to be seem easily. Giving us problems opening the door to our room. We had to contact the desk for help.. improving the entry card for easy identification of how it is to br put into the door lock would help seniors greatly..

Breakfast was good but too bad you got rid of the waffle maker. Would have liked the availability of some cereal.

While overall the cleanliness was fine, there was a used ice bag in our ice container. The large wall of mirror in the breakfast area was absolutely disgusting. It probably hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The beds, although quite comfy, are due to be replaced as you sink into the centre.

Receptive and welcoming Staff, Quiet and impressively clean, great view and free parking, great restaurant service and clean swimming pool. Great location: couple of minutes to many fast food restaurants and gas station.

Nothing indeed! All my expectations were met.

Breakfast was awesome! Beautiful people and so accommodating when checking in. They made sure we were all ok and had everything we needed. Super comfy beds. They guy at the front desk allowed my children to have a little extra time in the pool as we arrived a bit later in the evening! Thank you so much! Would totally book this hotel again. Super clean!!
