Best Western Premier Northwood Hotel

Gorgeous rooms, luxurious amenities, beautiful clean new decoration/fixtures, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, secure location. Loved everything about our stay, and felt totally luxurious throughout. What a treat to start each day with the option of fresh-cooked eggs how we wanted them, and I slept better than I have in a long time in those super-comfy super-clean beds. Our view was great and the room was not only gorgeous but huge! Considering the total I paid for this week-long stay was the same or lower than prices I'd seen for much less well-appointed hotels, it wasn't even a "splurge" to stay somewhere so nice. I'm absolutely booking here again next time we're in Timmins!

N/A - I liked everything! :) If I had to come up with anything, it would maybe be that the remote for the TV was a simplified one without an "input/source" button so we couldn't connect the DVD player we'd brought with us, but that's such a minor thing haha

I like them Location. That, it has excellent breakfast and supper for after long day with meetings, that I simply can go downstairs to unwind. The cleanliness of rooms and house, excellent customer service. Coffee is next door the property, too.

There is not enough healthy snack for sale at small canteen. It be nice to have mini te hay’s of fruits or veggie ,crackers &cheese applies bananas . Be, good to think of zero mineral water, bubbly.

As usual, everything is comfortable, starting with check-in ending with the checkout. The front desk staff showed high skills and were quietly supportive. I was a visitor who used to leave in the morning and before breakfast time to get started as per the hotel schedule, but even though I have been offered to get a grab-and-go breakfast in a paper bag, which was really appreciated! The general manager is doing a great job there, she is really beautiful. Thank you Cauline.

Generally everything is good. The size of room, the decorations, cleaning (except the floor of room), and the rate price.

I do believe they can put more efforts on selecting the front desk staff. It's a very nice to hear a few warm words from them about the flight or the driving up to Timmins City instead of waiting to someone to pay attention to my existence then to ask what I want for example. The details while housekeeping. If the management looking for five stars category then a proper training only for the staff can solve this issue. (It's worth)

This place was just perfect. From the awesome employees to the clean and lovely rooms. Breakfast and kitchen ladies were excellent. Couldn’t be happier.

Ice machine shortage. Management needs to place signs on each floor to go to front desk for ice. Our floor said ice and vending on 3rd and 5th floor. Just to see signs on these two floor that you have to go to front desk for ice. Mentioned lack of signs to front desk but no change was made. Scavenger hunt for ice not so much fun after a long day of travel.

The hot pool and late hrs for opening. Very good breakfast every one so friendly with kids

We had a great rate this weekend wish we could stay there more often at the price And also found out we could of had senior discount after we were all done our stay

The breakfast was the best I have ever had at any 5+ star hotel. Plain and simple, quick, optional, diverse and made to order.

Everything is perfect! They're super professional. I found them even well developed from my previous visit two weeks ago. Great management.

As I suggested to the front desk, I would prefer to get a laundry service from the hotel by placing a laundry basket at the guest room offering such a service with a menu list of price instead of being a self-service.

Great visit during COVID. Extremely clean and protocols made me feel very safe throughout my stay. Usual amenities were not usable at this time, but it was still a great stay regardless.

Didn't realize we would have to go to the front desk to fill out another breakfast card otherwise we would not get it for the next day. Would be better if they just got you to fill out all of them when you check in, or slip them under the doors throughout each day. We missed out on breakfast twice because we didn't realize this needed to happen. Not a big deal though :) I'm sure if I had of called down they would have made something work - very great staff!

Location was wonderful. Tim Hortons was right there close by. Staff were wonderful. Good hospitality from the cafeteria crew.

If air conditioners work properly. Too noisy from the room next us, we could hear right through our bedroom walls.
