Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Mississauga/West

The staff were friendly and the hotel was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the couch in the room. It was nice to be able to sign into our Netflix and watch movies. The shower was also really nice. Although I was expecting a tub in our bathroom I didn't mind too much.

We were only on the second floor and it had no view which didn't bother me too much but my husband likes to be on one of the higher floors. A view would have been nice instead all we could really see was the roof.

Exceptional hotel conveniently located close to airport, restaurants, and more. Our party of 6 arrived late at 1am and Sana the night receptionist was amazing, she had a warm friendly attitude, accommodated our requests, and made us feel at home. Overall very hospitable staff. Hotel rooms were clean and bathrooms were spacious. Large, clean indoor pool. Starbucks on site. Will definitely be returning when in the area. Highly recommended!!

Well it's Marriott.. I like everything

I requested early check inn through booking chat and they advised rooms will be available between 11am - 12 pm, i went there at 11:30 am and both rooms were not ready! They called me at 3pm saying one room is and the other room will need about 45 minutes! They called me at 4:15 said both rooms were ready! It was annoying my parents were with me and they were exhausted. first time this happen to me with Marriott!

The bed was comfortable, the staff were nice and helpful, the room was pretty quiet. The facility is clean.

One of the reasons I picked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. The chlorine was way way too strong, even after showering, you could still smell the chlorine on my body. The chlorine changed the color of my swimsuit, it was a solid color and now it looks tie dyed. I rinsed my swimsuit out and rolled it up in a towel and it turned the towel yellow in spots???? The curtains had a disgusting stain on them, the ottoman was stained, there was a gross stain on the comforter and there were some holes in the sheets.

Comfortable room Nice facilities Good location It's a small hotel with a very modern feeling, not tired like some other hotels in Mississauga. It has a different vibe from other Courtyard properties and almost has a boutique feel to it. The hotel seems to cater more to business than tourists but that may be due to the location. It's not exactly a warm home atmosphere its more modern and cool.

One thing seemed odd to me. There was a rusty muffler that must have fallen off a car in the parking lot. It was never cleaned up during my four day stay. If it was my hotel or property I would have got a big garbage bag and cleaned it up myself. The sanitizer on my floor was empty the whole four days I was there. I know this because I checked it twice a day. I was going to mention it to the staff the first night I arrived but was curious to know if they would check it on their own. Those little things are petty compared to the nice facility. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and had a really cool shower and the TV was huge. For sure I would stay there again.

Great hotel in a pretty and quiet suburb of Toronto, across the street from a shopping center. Very good gym and swimming pool, great breakfast. All the staff were really nice and helpful. The travel to downtown Toronto is super easy - by car to Bramalea GO and then take a train to Union. There is plenty of free Parkinng at Bramalea.

Stayed the night before flying out of Pearson. Location was a convenient 15 minute drive to the airport. Hotel was very clean, facilities including the pool and gym were newer and in great condition. Room was spacious and modern

As it is a newer facility, a few amenities weren't up and running, including a computer in the lobby to print your boarding passes in advance. Not a big deal overall though, all the major points I look for in accomodation were covered

The cleanliness of the room was ok big gross stain on the couch. Also, I thought when I booked I got a balcony room however my room had a view of the ventilation system. Lastly, when you pay these prices one would like breakfast included.

Nice hotel with spacious and modern room Indoor pool and hot tub Even though it's close to the airport, it's very quiet and you don't hear any plans. Big tv with Netflix Usb outlets for charging

The room was a bit dirty, there were stains on the sofa and lady finger nails on the bed table. It was unpleasant to see those..

The facility was clean. The breakfast was amazing. The pool clean and well lit. The rooms were clean bathroom excellent.

I didn't like how rough the sheets were and how badly it dried out mines and my daughters skin. Plus the fan re: heat was extremely loud during the night.
