Holiday Inn Sudbury, an IHG Hotel

The staff were helpful and understanding. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was plentiful in size to accommodate a family of 5. Breakfast was fantastic and very filling.

The set up of the family suite is a little strange. And the pool was nice to have in the facility, but some deterioration on the tiles cause some minor cuts for myself and kids. And the towels were extremely small for use to walk back to our room with.

The staff is incredible and very accommodating. We did not have any negative staff interactions at all. Everyone was excellent to deal with. The facility was clean and very comfortable and it was a very nice bonus that kids get to dine free in restaurant. The pool was also fantastic. Location was perfect close to many attractions but also not a super noisy area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and updated. Love the full sized bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For someone with very long hair those little bottles don't work out well.

I always find hotels lack lighting. Overhead lighting would be a huge plus. As well, USB outlets would be a huge bonus.

Breakfast was good. Could have used more variety. But Phil, the chef, was amazing with freaking with our allergies!!!

Radiator/a.c. was loud. Bathroom was a bit small. Tv was so so. Kept going lighter and darker. Also, some outlets didn't work for our devices.

Rooms were pretty nice. Clean. Comfortable beds. The hotel has a restaurant lounge area and very nice looking everywhere! Friendly & helpful staff

It was a long walk to our room from the desk. Felt like a maze getting to our room lol! We stayed in the Ramsy wing which is located at the back of the hotel 6th floor. That wouldn’t deter me from staying there again tho!

Responsive staff.

I had a pet (cat), filled out a form for pet upon arrival. Turned out that the guest in the next room checked in, left 1 or 2 dogs in room and then left! Dog(s) barked non-stop for more than an hour, maybe an hour and 20 minutes, before staff were able to track him down and get him back to room. It was UNBEARABLE after a long day's drive, in advance of a second day's long drive. I suggest this be added to form - PETS NOT TO BE LEFT UNACCOMPANIED IN ROOM! Happy that the room rate was discounted. Also, room was clean-looking, but pet hair was around edges of floor, so left an impression that cleaning was somewhat cursory.

Room was very clean and quiet. Glad we added a breakfast. Was a very good breakfast and we did not have to leave the site to go looking for a breakfast before medical appointment.

Nothing, except building is a layed out in a way that is not square and husband who is vision impaired had trouble with the different sections and levels.

I like the Holiday Inn very nice and clean. The staff take good care of us and are very welcoming. The room are spacious clean and smell very nice. The beds are very comfortable and pillows are nice and fluffy.

My only issue is the size of washroom. Actually the lay out make it seem smaller and I dont like that you have only 1 feet from the door went close.

When I booked my room on Booking .com I used my debit Visa to reserve 3rooms on my trip to Sudbury I get email saying that my rooms were not going to be reserved because they needed a credit card to keep the rooms What a scramble for me on my trip to come up with a credit card to keep my rooms what a disappointment

Wheelchair accessible parking within 20 feet of the front covered entrance. Our special request to lower the bed height for easier wheelchair transfers was done within 10 minutes of our arrival. Excellent food quality and service at the restaurant; both for supper & breakfast.

The hallway carpets are very plush ! This is a good thing, but it makes rolling a wheelchair a little bit difficult.
