Imperial Inn 1000 Islands

Rented the larger cottage this time and will again from now on! Very well appointed and spacious! Had two double beds and a pull out couch! Located at the rear of the lot so was nice and quiet! Owners are super and very freindly! Always happy to see repeat clients! Always a great experience staying there!

Hot water takes a while to get to the cottages from the main buiding but is noted in the bathroom to let it run a couple of minutes! When it arrives there is always enough!

Rented one of the cottages again and as usual was ready to use! The room was clean and everything worked! Would stay here again butthe cottages I believe are seasonal and will probably be closed as the weather turns colder! Have stayed in the regular rooms before in the winter and they are just as comfortable!

First time for everything I guess! Only problem was the coffee maker was forgotten to be cleaned! Not a big deal really! Just rinsed it out and ready to go! Never happened before!

Motel is well located , very quite and the lady in the reception is always smiling and gentle. the room is clean and beds are comfortable , same goes for the bathroom . the coffee machine is a realy bonus and the take away breakfast is simple but do the job (scrambled eggs , toasts , butter and jam)

the take away breakfast (i usually prefer to have my breakfast in a dedicated room) , but it seems like all the motels in Ontario are doing the same (maybe due to Covid regulations)

it was minimalistic but had everything you needed.

there was a very “high” lady who approached me right away who claimed she was an ex DJ Squirrel Stripper and told me she could make me 14 million dollars by selling nude photos of me…. so that was kind of scary considering I was travelling alone …. but other than that the place was great

Have stayed here many times and as usual evrything was just as expected! Owners are very friendly and helpful! Stayed in one of their cottages which was well eequipped and peaceful with a very comfortable bed! Close to everything you need !

Takes a while to get hot water but as posted let it run for a while and it is fine!

The room was comfortable and clean, just like last time! Updated not that long ago, as washroom looked fairly new! did not stay for breakfast this time as had to leave early!

The room was a little cold as there was a draft coming from the front door! Probably could use some weather stripping! Not much room between the new garbage container pad and the rooms! Won't be a problem when the pavement gets done but right now the pad is about 2 - 3 inches higher than gravel! Not advisable to drive over with a smaller vehicle!

Good privacy with the cabin we got. Ease of parking the car next to the door. Excellent response and support by the host. The room is clean.

Need to take the the breakfast back to the room to eat. The hot water is slow at first but ok to manage once we knew that's the expectation.

Very quite room at back of property chosen after offer of 2 and inspection of each. More for the undercover cycle parking than anything as we otherwise would have taken the centrally located unit. VERY friendly reception staff. Decent water flow and temperature in bathroom.

Lack of information about varied Covid breakfast arrangement at check in. rough & uneven car park made keeping outside, outside difficult.

convenient to stores & restaurants. bed was comfortable and room was clean

there was a coffeemaker in the room but no coffee packets. I have learned to take my Keurig with me so I used it. I didn’t want to bother the person in the office because it was nighttime .

Stayed in one of their cottages which was clean and comfortable! It was offset from the street, so there was no noise and overall was very peaceful and quiet! Parking was right beside the cottage! Chinese restaurant is a part of the complex and the food was great!

The hot water comes from the main building, so it takes a while to get some and the pressure was not not very good! Did not use the shower because of this!
