The room had more space than I expected. We were only there for one night, so we didn't need all the space/kitchen. But since were were road tripping in Nova Scotia it was nice to have the big fridge. The BEST part was the community deck/courtyard. It was beautiful and amazing at night and at sunrise. We didn't get to enjoy it at high tide, but it was lovely.

This has nothing to do with the facility. We went to the "fancy" Wheelhouse for Digby Scallops. Don't. We are from Colorado, and I've had better scallops there. They had a nice view, but very basic food. Get in your car and go further.

Room was just like on a picture - beds are very comfortable and the location is great.

Bathroom mirror was dirty and we were asked to wash the dishes after using them, which is totally fine, but there was no dish soap and sponge provided, so it was kinda unpleasant to wash them just with bare hands. Also, the coffee machine was not functioning (but I am sure it would have been fixed if we asked for it, however we left really early in the morning and didn’t want to wake up the host).

I almost didn't make my trip here, but I did and so glad I did! Lovely accommodations with parking and within walking distance of the downtown. Lovely deck overlooking the water with lots of chairs. The room was plenty big with tv, cable, fridge, microwave, Keurig, coffee, creamers. Lovely spot and great overall!

Honestly, I have nothing to say that we didn't like.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Location suited us well.

I would recommend using better soap, especially soap for showering. The soap provided falls apart very easily. The TV channel selection was disappointing/very limited. We had relaxing down time in the evening, but had difficulty finding a channel we could watch. I was surprised at the lack of yard work done. Lots of weeds and long grass.

Location! location, location! What a beautiful spot located on the Annapolis Basin offering the most amazing sunrises. We sat enjoying the activities of many different birds feasting on the clams left behind as the tide rolled out… a photographer’s dream! The quaint air conditioned rooms were clean, fresh smelling, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast baskets left each day were perfect to start our day. The kitchenette offered everything we needed for us to cook and enjoy several home cooked meals of Digby scallops (purchased from Carla’s Seafood Market). The Seawinds is ten minutes walking distance to shopping, restaurants, gift shops and the Digby fishing wharf. The super friendly staff made checkin quick and easy making us feel welcomed. ❤️😀

Beautiful grounds, deck on water front, flowers and plants surrounding the front of each rooms. Rooms, very cute. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful very good quality white sheets. Bathroom was very nice, new large bath 😊 Toilet and vanity. The plus … a make up mirror. I usually take mine along. The shower curtain has nice little deco to hang, nice touch. Loved it all ❤️

The Seawinds Motel and Cottages is located on the oceanfront of Digby just a couple of blocks away from several good restaurants. It's a great place to relax, unwind, and recharge. Before I left Digby I was able to do my laundry, wash my car, and use a self-serve doggie wash for my pooch, Sparky. If you are planning ahead, cabin #7 has a nice outside deck facing the ocean. The bathtub/shower could use a better tub mat.

Great location on the water, with seating & picnic tables area to enjoy it. Well equipped housekeeping unit& very comfortable beds. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great parking area. Close to downtown amenities.

I was worried when I saw front of property from road, as it didn’t look great…. But once we pulled in we saw cute, clean, cottages.

Spacious room, slightly dated but comfortable with very serviceable kitchenette. Easy parking with effortless access to the rooms for luggage. Lovely view from the frontage of the property that has a small well maintained green area with comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the view.

Nothing, for the price you could not expect more.

We could see the ocean from the motel. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The motel was close to a grocery store and gas station. We were minutes away from the Digby Ferry and an hour drive to Brier Island for the most amazing whale watching tour. We booked in advance and got a really good price.
