It was a nice, clean room. The breakfast room didn't have enough tables ... only 2 tables ... had to take the breakfast in the room. My friend had disabilities (multiple knee, hip surgeries etc) we got on of the very last rooms available. However walking the stairs needlessly wasn't ideal. The staff was fine 🙂
The breakfast wasn't the greatest ... the boiled eggs came from a bag ... the muffins in a ready to go bags didn't taste the best 😕 Also there was a sign 2 items per person ... not needed in my opinion. Some people might eat 3 and some else just 1 ... if the breakfast is included I think there shouldn't be a limit.

The friendliness of the staff really impressed us. Joanna especially went above and beyond, so informative about the area, and helpful with all our needs. The cleanliness, the location, the amenities were appreciated. Proximity to all we wanted to see.

Very clean. lovely staff, comfortable beds, good sized bathroom. Nice walks for the dogs in nearby Glen Allen park.
The patio doors in our room were horrendous - so difficult to open, the main reason for using the Comfort Inn was to have easy access outside for our dogs and luggage. The hotel was dated, however I rate having a good clean room and nice staff above decor.

Breakfast was no longer a brown bag so we could now pick our own products. Our front desk receptionist was friendly and excellent help. She served us last time we stayed, 6 months ago, and she remembered us.

We had a door to the outside but no access from the outside. So if you parked your car in front of room , you have to walk through the hotel to get to it. Also, fridge was unplugged and open so it took almost our whole stay to get it cold again .

The hotel was easy to find, central to grocery store, drug store & restaurants. Pet friendly hotel :) Staff was very friendly & breakfast was included.
Lots of step going to the second floor, 14 steps. Difficult for seniors or people with health issues & having to carry luggage ... too many steps.

Breakfast which was included was miniscule to almost non-existent. Ended up eating at a diner across the road. Fridge in room never got cold enough to store insulin properly. Sofa bed was twin size and not very comfortable.

it was convenient and a nice place. We loved talking to the desk and housekeeping staff. They were so friendly.
We were disappointed the rooms are only cleaned when you leave. The continental breakfast was really good, but not enough tables and chairs.
