Comfort Inn Moncton Magnetic Hill

Really good breakfast, lots of staff available to help you in the breakfast room. The proximity to the highway made it very convenient for travelling around the city. The rooms were very nice and clean. great friendly staff, Lots of smiles and good mornings when we were walking back and forth to our room. Lots of parking, even for big trucks and trailers.

I would suggest adding a mat or a boot tray at the entrance to the patio door because the floors are wood and slippery when you come in from the rain. it would be nice to have a place to sit wet shoes or boots and umbrellas instead of on the new wood floor.

clean rooms - all facilities like iron, fridge,microwave,electrical outlets on the base of all lamps, breakfast.

exterior appearance, public areas - no “sense of arrival” at all. In fact my family were so disappointed by the initial arrival they were wanting to go elsewhere until they saw the bedrooms and were then satisfied this was a clean and comfortable stop for one night. we chose Comfort Inn because of proximity to Magic Mountain.

So, so clean, great shower, comfy beds. Really appreciated that they have the Sportsnet channel so we could finally watch a Blues Jay game... not many motels have it! Breakfast room was better than most. Great price.. one of yhe best places we stayed in a week of staying in motels!

Not there fault, but would have bern better for these seniors to get a room on the ground floor, but it was fully booked.. we managed!

stafff were awesome especially Thomas.....he went out of his way to make us comfortable and meet our needs.....rooms were clean and bed was comfy.....location was quiet even tho it was close to highway.......parking right at room door so easy access to room

carpets could have been cleaner......looked like they were in need of a shampoo

Room was excellent. Clean, up to date, comfortable. Furniture looked new and i would not hesitate to stay there again.

Nothing I didn't like. Stair way and hall had good carpeting but walls and trim needed updating. Back door to facility did not work real well. Could be difficult for older people. Little difficulty in finding driveway to facility. Had to drive around a bit to find out how to get to the motel. Trees blocking signage at entrance.

Excellent selection at breakfast !! Gréât location for our reason for being in Moncton. Very clean. Polite staff. Gréât snacks at front desk. AC was wonderful. Bedding and pillows were lovely.The walk out as we had our dog was ideal. TV channels were good! Lots of restaurants close by. Parking outside our door.

The beds were too firm The coffee was weak It was expensive but seems to be the going rates post COVID sadly.

They advertised a full breakfast. Picture showed a beautiful plate of Bacon, fresh eggs ,toasts etc. The breakfast we got was far from it. Eggs were like rubber (scrambled)and packed with salt. Pan fried potatoes were passable, sausages didn't look quite cooked .didn't try them...otherwise, stay was great.

Good, clean, quiet basic hotel room.

I requested a one queen bed room because these generally feel a bit more spacious as instead of a second bed there's a sofa, which was the case here. But a sofa without a reading lamp or an end table is pretty much a useless piece of furniture, which unfortunately was also the case here. I couldn’t sit there to read or enjoy a drink/snack.

How convenient it was for doing everything we wanted…casino and shopping

As two couple away for the night… I will make sure our rooms are far away from the breakfast area. Too loud, people talking outside our room, children yelling. Sleeping in was not an option.

Nice and close to the concert venue at the Casino. Room was big. We were on the first floor, and I liked that we could park outside our room and use patio doors to unload luggage. Breakfast was hot and very good.
