Cornerstone Bed and Breakfast

Very nice B&B in a quiet part of Revelstoke. The hostess was very hospitable, including helping us get our luggage up the stairs. Our room was very well appointed with everything we needed, enough space, and everything worked properly (not always the case at some places we’ve stayed). The breakfast was very nice with egg, bacon, toast with good topping options, vanilla yoghurt with granola & fresh strawberries; sliced watermelon and cantaloupe. We like a good sized breakfast and our appetite was satisfied, in a comfortable breakfast room where we enjoyed chatting with other guests.

During my three-week journey through western Canada, Cornerstone B&B was by far the best of all accommodations I stayed in. Cornerstone B&B is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, just a stone's through from town center and the skiing resort. The room with enclosed bathroom was cosy and spacious. I got plenty of good sleep in the very comfortable and large bed. The B&B is equipped with everything used for a multi day stay. Free tea, coffee and water, shared fridge, even a laundry service. Also a big selection of movie DVD's is offered. The host was extraordinary friendly and supportive and has taken time for nice chats. The daily highlight was the very delicious breakfast. Fresh and healthy products, prepared with passion were like a little luxury. In Cornerstone Bed & Breakfast I felt like a warmly welcomed guest! I highly recommend the stay at Cornerstone Bed & Breakfast!

It’s a perfect place! Lovely rooms which are really well designed, bathroom and shower were great and the bed is so comfortable! The breakfast every morning was wonderful- healthy and not over-filling like some B&Bs serve, and always delcious. 10/10 stay, we loved it and can’t wait to come back one day. The host is exceptionally lovely as well and she recommended us a lot of great places to go and eat/see and things to do. Great location, near town centre but just outside enough that it’s lovely and quiet/peaceful. :)

n/a - the only thing I would say is that although it is near the town centre, you will need a car to travel into town easily and to get to the sightseeing areas (like most places in Canada) :)

It was absolutely perfect. One of the best places we have ever stayed. The room was extremely comfy and thoughtfully laid out with space for suitcases in the cupboard in the bathroom so they were completely out of the way, the shower was great and everything had a lovely design. The bed was really comfortable too, we slept well every single night. I really cannot recommend this enough. Sharie (the host) gave us brilliant recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Revelstoke and we completely fell in love with the town. The breakfast here is another highlight - every day was delicious, healthy and beautiful! It’s not too heavy of a breakfast- it’s just right! We can’t wait to come back one day.

Everything is perfect!

1. Sharie's smile (this one is worth a million bucks) 2. The dedication of this hotel's owners in offering guests a home feeling, a beyond standard dining experience (breakfast), and so many options to relax (TV, DVDs, Traveling guides, coffee machines, free wifi and so on), and comfort measurements (besides AC, they have a fan spinning with no sound above my head) 3. The hotel is not in the downtown of the town. It sits in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Parking space is sufficient. The location is fantastic as the town is not big. 4. Sharie tried her best to answer my messages and offered all assistance during my stay. She is a caring and easygoing person.

We were welcomed warmly by Sharie. She offered to help with our bags and showed us our room.There were facilities both upstairs outside our room and downstairs in the guest lounge for drink making, fresh milk etc and an extra fridge in our walk in wardrobe for our own supplies. The bathroom was luxurious, plenty of towels and toiletries available. Bed was very comfortable and a good quality tv and dvd player well positioned for viewing. A huge library of dvds were available to watch. Breakfast was a piece of art, so much care and attention put into presentation, a feast for the eyes as well as the belly. Sharie was also very helpful with tourist information and ideas for places to visit. She had excellent local knowledge and a good stock of tourist leaflets, maps and booklets.

At first glance I thought an easy chair would be good, but sitting on the bed leaning on backrests was so comfortable, I soon forgot that notion!

We were greeted by a friendly and helpful host. The check-in was very easy. The room was very clean and the bathroom was large. It had an excellent shower. The host helped with dinner suggestions and also for activities the next day as we left. Even though the location was not in the heart of downtown, it was just a few minutes away from the main commercial district. All of the restaurants were easy to get to by car.

As an older couple, We would have liked something on the first floor without having to climb stairs to get to the bedrooms.

My adult daughter and I stayed at Cornerstone Bed and Breakfast. We were there to ski at Revelstoke, which is less than a 10-minute drive from the BnB. Quiet setting in a residential neighborhood, ample parking was provided. Sharie made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The breakfasts were wonderful, delicious and healthy, presentation was amazing. My daughter is gluten and dairy free, and these eating restrictions were cheerfully accommodated. Our room was attractive and very clean. Sharie made a point of checking to see if there were eating restrictions before we arrived. She also checked in with us (when we were in the common area for breakfasts, nothing intrusive) to ensure we had everything we needed.

The host, Sharia, was super nice, helpful and friendly. The property was spotless! I don’t think I have seen in a while a bed and breakfast so well kept! My room was very comfortable, the mattress, sheets and pillows were so nice, it was hard to get out of bed! Also there was plenty of info material for activities in the area. Sharia’s husband, Jun, is a former chef. The breakfast presentation and quality matched a 5 star restaurant!!! Located also very convenient, several minutes drive from Revelstoke ski resort. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Revelstoke! Thank you so much Sharia for a wonderful experience!

I think it is impossible to find something you don’t like about this property!

I stayed one night with my boyfriend and as soon as we arrived we were greeted and received a tour around the house. She had a snack bar with refreshments free of charge. The room was very clean and she offered a wide selection of movies and brochures for activities in the area. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in them in case you forgot. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and very pretty. Everyone talked with each other about their schedules and it was a great community.
