We stayed in room 201, which overlooks the lake. The view was beautiful and we spent time on the balcony enjoying the sunshine. It is convenient to downtown, just a short drive away. Two bedrooms and a kitchenette stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t cook there but could have. The beds were comfortable. The highway is very close by but it was never noisy at night. We slept well. We would definitely stay there again especially if we could get that room.

We would have eaten at the restaurant that adjoins the lobby but it was quite expensive. The restaurant is beautiful and the food may have been excellent but it was out of our price range.

Awesome value for money. Great views. Really nice rooms with ample space. Perfect for families to stay with kids. We had a great stay.

We had a great stay, but there are a few small things that would've made our stay even better. It would be great to have dish soap in the room for guests, in addition to the dishwasher packs that were provided. Maybe also provide a step stool for guests to get to the top shelves where the pots were located as we had to pull a chair over to reach them. Please make sure to take a duster to every corner when cleaning the rooms as there were a few spider webs hiding out. It would be great to have hooks on the wall beside the entry door to hang jackets and coats. More that one hook in the bathroom for towels would be better too. Overall though, a great place to stay and I would recommend.

A super location about 10 minutes away from downtown Nelson. Great views across the lake, rooms have nice updates and layout. Stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Quiet smoking area near room with a nice view of the lake (with a friendly local cat that likes pats).

The kitchen could have used a smaller cooking pot (only 1 larger one found, maybe a baking tray) but generally well equipped. Unfortunately there was no lake access available to hotel guests (families might be disappointed).

Newly renovated with full kitchen. Bed in bedroom comfortable, full bathroom and nice shower.

Changed expected price from March booking. Perhaps did not get loyalty Booking discount but ended up paying $100. more for stay. Possibly the newly renovated was more but not told. Price paid was 2 bedroom price and we just had one. ( not taxes) Pull- out bed not very comfortable but adequate for one. Auto entrance and exit poorly designed. Needs to be changed especially for restaurant usage.

Our second time staying, definitely recommend if you're looking for quiet, peaceful surroundings. Beautiful views, with access to beach. Friendly owners who are so welcoming. Little kitchenette, comfy beds. New restaurant on site. Outside bbq on large deck to enjoy the views and have your morning coffee, love this place.

Beautiful grounds, owners very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a really nicely renovated suite. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Our twins loved playing on the jungle gym on the grounds and while they slept we took in the beautiful views with a bottle of wine from the large communal deck area! When we forgot our iPad charging in the room after check out, the owner kindly called us and offered to mail it to us. Highly recommend!

Good and quiet location away from Nelson which in July was heaving. Very nice owner who was happy to let us check in when we arrived three hours early. There’s a small restaurant, open only 3.30 pm - 8.00 pm, but a few tables outside overlooking the lake. Vietnamese style food.

Bathroom functional but a little tired.

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom suites with a private balcony overlooking the lake. Very spacious, comfortable furniture, full kitchen. Large common outdoor area to roam around in, and out of the hubbub of downtown Nelson. Mei Mei is a very gracious host, and runs a great onsite restaurant with excellent food.
