exceptional staff, super friendly and considerate. beyond accommodating and really went above and beyond to help this extremely tired and stressed out Mama at the end of a seemingly endless trip. The rooms are well maintained… some might consider the decor “dated” but frankly I loved it! felt homey and comfortable. the beds were perfect… if I could have fit one in, I would have stolen a mattress!

The pool felt a tad chilly… but we also had just come from Fairmont Hotsprings, so it’s more likely we’ve been spoiled with warmer than usual water! I also didn’t like that we only I’d one short night. would have been nice to spend a bit more time relaxing! 🤣🤣

This is a well run, small town motel. Runs were clean, staff were very accommodating, facilities have been maintained or improved. We would stay there again, and we may make this motel our preferred mid-point stop on our regular journeys between Edmonton and Vancouver Island. Convenient location. We would have stayed longer if the forest fires and smoke had not been so troublesome. Despite the conditions, the staff were doing their best, even spraying additional air fresher in the room to try and dissipate some of the smoke odour.

Hotel was great. Surrounding mountains on fire lessened the vacation experience.

We got held up by an accident and as a result we arrived after the 11pm latest check in. We advised the hotel and a lovely lady said if we rung the bell she would get up to check us in when we arrived. Rooms were functional but outstanding value and a good diner next door.

Beds a little soft for my liking.

I was impressed the sofa bed was very comfortable. The room had a great temperature (air conditioning was on when we arrived) and was cozy and clean. We (my husband, baby and I) spent just 1 night, but we could enjoy the swimming pool

the pillows, there were too thin. Otherwise, the rest was perfect

Speaking of "breakfast", there wasn't one. The bed was very good . . . the shower as well. My room was quiet, in factI never heard a noice on either side, or above or below, or on the walkway outside.

I'm used to having breakfast on site and included in the rate . . . this would be an improvement.

The staff were just wonderful, polite, easy-going and so, so nice. Location was great, room was clean and comfortable and had an exterior entrance which makes things easy with my dogs.

The dog area was mostly gravel, my dogs are picky and like to pee on grass but we managed, I would still stay here again.

The property is easy access off the highway and is very quiet. Super clean, comfy bed with nice linens and a great lot if you are on a motorcycle. There is a restaurant right at the site, but it closes fairly early in the evening.

The pool was nice and refreshing. Air conditioning worked well, located conveniently off the highway. Staff were courteous and friendly. The room was clean.

Restaraunt was very busy. Tasty, but a bit pricy.

We were travelling with 2 kids (5 & 7) and the pool was superb. The beds were very comfortable and the AC kept the room really comfortable even in the midst of a heatwave. Having Home Restaurant right across from our room was really convenient and their food was delicious.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. I didn't need them but it had a good-size "small" fridge, a microwave oven, TV, love seat sofa, and a mini coffee maker.

It got pretty warm during my second night for some reason. Thermostat and heating unit was in the washroom. I couldn't locate another in the sleeping area. Turned it down and opened the front door for a bit. Helped. Eventually, it was decent.
