Creston Valley Motel

Great value for money. Location to eating facilities excellent. While basic had a really nice feel to the place. Was surprisingly quiet given how close to the main road it was. Had full kitchen facilities which would be really useful for more than a nights stay. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Town had more facilities than expected even with a local Theatre for shows.

Aircon was a bit noisy. Our room only had one in bedroom but our friends also had one in lounge which was much better as they could keep that one on and turn the one in the bedroom off so reduced the noise level. Something to catch you out was the time. Depending on where you were in the town, some places were an hour apart.

Bill and Ruth were super friendly and gracious...even providing us with fine drinking glasses, delicious fresh muffins, and a guarantee of a warm welcome and upgrade to a housekeeping room for our next and inevitable return to Creston. Although, not a first class accommodation, the owners made up for it by the facility's cleanliness and being gracious and welcoming hosts. We will return! Thank you!

Convenient along route of travel. Very friendly proprietor (Bill) who recommended a fine place to eat dinner. Quite decent value accommodation considering it is a dated throw back to the 1960’s era of travel. Appears to be a small independent husband/wife run establishment. They obviously are trying hard and have a good alternative for travellers looking for a bed for the night but not needing a more expensive chain facility. Recommend “The Real Food Cafe” in Creston BC for excellent food!!

Coffee service

This property is a gem, the service is great, the rooms are as very clean. It has a "homey" feeling to it, the staff is very helpful and if you look at overnighting in Creston, this is the place to go. It's close to restaurants, pubs downtown and in the morning you have great breakfast places a block away. Remarkable value for money

Not to dislike here

This little motel is nothing fancy, but simple, clean and surprisingly quiet considering it's on the main highway. We loved the kitchen facility in the room and the comfy beds. Housekeeping left a little extra bathmat under our dog's bed to make it extra cozy when they made up our beds, which was so sweet!

Fantastic Couple that run the motel. They are very helpful, extremely accommodating, they greeted everyone as they arrived. The property is older but has been extremely well maintained and kept. A bit nostalgic. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, safe place to stay for a night or two or more as Ruth and Bill will make you feel like family

The motel is clean and fresh with well equipped mini-kitchenettes, comfortable beds and a friendly, attentive staff.

The engine noise from the street and parking lot is very loud and frequent. I realize this is not in the Motel management's control however it does lower the quality of the overall experience.

The owner was very friendly and gave us excellent advice on area. The motel and room was impeccably clean and all the little touches they've added made it feel like staying in someones home. Location was excellent, we walked to the local brewery for a beer and the pub for supper. For a location on the highway we didnt hear a peep at night. Would stay there again in a minute.

I liked that I could park my motorcycle right in front of my room and that the property was safe and secure. The hosts were great to chat with and overall I felt right at home. Was a great start to my adventure ! I recommend 100%!!!

Can not think of anything I did not like. Maybe some fresh fruit in the morning, just to compliment the fact that Creston is famous for its fruit growers.

We enjoyed the friendly, personal service and quiet atmosphere of this older motel. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the restaurant suggestions and the help with directions around town.
