Best Western The Westerly Hotel

The breakfast was good, very filling and the food was hot, unlike some other buffet breakfasts. The bed was comfortable for me, not so much for my wife (too soft for her). Bathroom was nice and clean, although the toilets are really low.

Toilets were pretty low, and heavy use of Febreeze (or something like it) in the hallways. Was a little pricey for the level of hotel and location. Billing issue with Booking.com - did not show the total price in the section of the booking that said Total Price. Neglected to reflect the room taxes, which may have changed our choice of hotel.

Breakfast was great! So much choice for both myself and partner! Chose your location as it was close to shopping and trails .

Didn’t like that we couldn’t leave our dog in the room. It meant that only one of us could shop given the time we had while mall was open. Then we had to wait for dusk for the day to cool down in order to leave our small pup in the vehicle to shop at Costco. It was a rushed shop and not relaxed.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Special request of scent free room was totally accommodated. Nice walkway along river behind location. Grocery store and other services across the street. Staff were fantastic!

Was a bit expensive compared to accommodations others that were attending our event were paying at other places. A bit nervous about the sketchy people in the area and on river walkway.

The room was very clean, modern and spacious. The bed was awesome - soft, cozy and comfortable.

The free breakfast was actually a $7 voucher per person per day. The vouchers would purchase one of the main selections plus one drink. The first day we also wanted a yogurt, a bowl of fruit, and orange juice. This added $15 to the cost of the free breakfast. The second day we also wanted a bowl of fruit which added $5 to the free breakfast. This seems like false advertising to us. Either the breakfast is free or it isn't. Many other hotels offer a free breakfast that allows for a cooked entre plus yogurt, juice, coffee, and fruit.

Very friendly front desk staff. Explained check-in, deposit, parking, & breakfast voucher policies very well. Room was nice & clean, & bed had zippered mattress case. Breakfast voucher fully included coffee/tea/juice & items on one menu, & took $7 off of a different menu. We were short on time & breakfast was served very promptly after ordering.

One note for improvement: explain where parking is. I had to go by exterior signage, drive down a steep driveway with a sharp turn. Also, $211.60 after taxes/fees seems a bit much for one-night stay, but wasn't confident would get clean/safe room at cheaper options in town.

like the new wing. the beds are super comfortable. surprisingly quiet even though it’s close to a major street. staff was very friendly and professional. easy breakfast we took into our room. clean rooms and very convenient access.

There is no enforcement of masks. someone actually told me they don’t have a mask when I came Jon them in the hallway. really?! After 2 years not having a mask? having people smoke in the central courtyard is retrograde. schools not be allowed. they can go and smoke on the street or away from main thoroughfare.

Location was perfect and breakfast was excellent. Nice also having restaurant attached to hotel. Only thing was missing was a pool for the kids. Did have to ask to get new towels. Front desk was very accommodating and were able to provide paper plates and cutlery one night we decisided to stay in.

We didn't get room cleaned after the first night and needed to have someone give us new towels and take out the garbage.

Most everything, the little things: finally, a soap dish in the bathroom; a makeup mirror-nice (not essential, but nice to have), a/c, balcony, break- fast included, laundry facilities, location

The breakfast was good and the servers were friendly and fast. I like how the breakfast was served with a menu to choose from. The first staff that I met probably one of the cleaning ladies was nice and helpful as I was confused where the reception of the hotel was as the sign is quite confusing. Thought of it as the entrance or reception of the pub.

Our room has no view at all because the balcony of our room was covered by the pharmacy building.

Was a nice clean centrally located B.W. Breakfast included. Would stay again if we travel that way.

Creaky shower stall floor. Everything was good, no problems. Was just surprising.
