Super 8 by Wyndham Spruce Grove

Liked the location. The room was very comfortable.

I was unhappy with the service in the room somewhat. The first night we got there the room was perfect. The second day our bed was not made and our dirty towels not picked up. The third day there was no one in our room. Our bed not made, still dirty towels and no new towels and no coffee or cups in the room and our garbage cans not emptied. I expected a little better in this regard for that is part of what we are paying for.

Breakfast was fantastic,,and set up wonderfully,,I used to work in Whistler BC and it was my job to make certain the continental breakfast was properly presented. The lady that checked us in, noticed that I was using a walker so she changed my room as there is no elevator,,,this was so greatly appreciated. Awesome place and awesome staff,,I will definitely be back room was exceptionally clean,,very comfortable beds,,

Everything was awesome,,the only thing, is that I was worried if my reservation was good,,I had never reserved a room online,,and I was kind of worried as I couldn’t call to reserve a room, but it was all good

The size of the room was unbelievable! We had pool access rooms and were quite surprised to have deck access. Also, this was the first hotel since COVID that actually provided housekeeping services during our stay. Every other hotel only comes into room after you checkout.

The continental breakfast was okay but if you are going to have mostly microwavable items, I suggest more than one microwave being available. It was a little chaotic when two volleyball teams were trying to use one microwave!!

Amazing hotel! We stayed here in between a long move and we are beyond happy! Staff is great, rooms are clean, beds are VERY comfortable! The pool and hot tub complete the package! Wait... add the free breakfast as the cherry on top :) You can't beat this place! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and for allowing our fur babies to stay as well!

Sparkling clean room with very comfy bed. The women at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and at home. In the morning I requested a needle and thread to see on a button. The young receptionist not only got me the right colour thread, she even threaded the needle for me! Lots of choices for breakfast, and the cookies in the evening were a nice touch. Will definitely return next time we’re in the area.

Our room was done perfectly and housekeeping even left us a welcome note. All of the staff were very polite and respectful. Beds were very comfortable and room was super large. The wood fire going in the lobby made it feel that more inviting and cozy!

There was absolutely nothing I did not like.

My husband had the breakfast and it was good. We wanted to thank all the staff for treating us very well and extra thank you for just loving our dog. She misses all the staff. Thank you again

The door would keep banging when the wind would start up and the hotel does need kitchen suites.

Location in Spruce Grove was good. Pool and hot tub very clean.

Train goes right by all night long, very noisy. Also room temperature in room 108 could not be changed. Had the thermostat right off and the heat kept pumping out. Very hot room.

Excellent stay- far exceeded our expectations. Very good food in restaurant and very acceptable breakfast service. Very friendly & helpful front desk staff. Very clean & spacious room with superior amenities.

No complaints - wish we had chosen to stay two nights rather than relocating into Edmonton.

Really liked the place, we had a very comfortable stay. Staff were awesome and accommodated all guests well even though the place was fully booked. Would stay here again. Nice easy drive to the West Edmonton Mall from the hotel; about 20 minutes with mostly highways.
