Very friendly staff, and a great central location. Nice surprise in that online the room indicated only one bathroom, but there were two bathrooms. Very comfortable for four adults. TV in each room and one in the main area. washer, dryer.

Could use better lighting in the bathroom over the sink or a makeup mirror. A bigger coffee machine in this type of room, however, most mornings on the weekend, they had coffee available for free at the reception area.

I love the apartment like set up of our room, we are a family with special needs adult children travelling with us - great that we can all stay in the same room but still have privacy.

A little bit heavy on the ‘Carpet Fresh’ in lobby and hallways, smells clean and fresh but overpowering and difficult for people with sensitivity to scents or allergies.

Nearby Hotel owned by the same person had an absolutely delicious breakfast for us, with very good service. The receptionist worked to accomodate us when we had card troubles. The underground parking was so awesome! It was great to stay in a place that felt like an apartment, not a hotel.

Our room was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable beds. Staff were nice.

Walking across to the other hotel for the pool and restaurant was a bit of an inconvenience. But we were glad we had the option. The pool and hot tub were super fun and the restaurant was very good. So it was worth it.

The size of the condo suite was fantastic! Loved that we had 2 king size bedrooms, plus a full kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms.

The staff member(supervisor) was extremely rude to the staff member when we checked in and to us when we checked out.

Good location for shopping

They did not clean our room when we asked them too. We left for a day of shopping and called the front desk asking for our room to be cleaned, we needed towels and a lamp was not working. We were told “No problem, your room with be cleaned and we will get someone to look at the lamp for you”. 6hrs later nothing was done, and it was too late housekeeping had gone home….. Not very happy since we were promised it would be done

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Super clean and fresh. Lots of plug ins. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen with dishes. Washer and Dryer in the unit was very handy. Beautiful bathrooms with nice deep tub and awesome stand up shower. The rooms were huge. The furniture was very comfortable. 10/10 highly recommend.

I have a 1 year old who’s walking and luckily I found a closed razor and clothes before he did, but it seemed to be around the bed maybe it was missed and not picked up but we usually never have this problem. hope everything is cleaned throughly because it wasn’t hidden it was right beside the bed

called and made arrangements for flowers to be delivered to our hotel room for our anniversary, they agreed to let the delivery guy in so they could place and arrange the flowers. They did not do that….. they called me to ask if they could put the flowers in our room later and ruined the surprise……. what was the point of making arrangements when they can’t follow them, and then call “knowing” it’s supposed be a surprise… was not happy

It was very clean,comfortable and kitchen supplies and dishes are top quality. Beds were very comfortable. Love the layout of the separate shower,tub bathroom closet:).

Shower floor a little slippery, blinds little confusing to figure out, and the pool was very disappointing that it wasn't available, being serviced
