Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bonnyville, an IHG Hotel

Location was easy to find and in walking distance to the store, breakfast had a variety of choice, the staff keep it very clean and supplied they aways greeted with us with a smile and said good morning. Elevator always smelled clean like that fresh vacuum clean smell. Very well-maintained hotel and friendly staff - house keepers always asked if we needed anything and greeted us with a smile. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Quarters for laundry - don't usually have quarters on hand now a days - but the staff was great at giving change when they had and possibly expanding the snack section to add healthy snacks for diabetics to their choice of goodies for late night snacking or to increase a low blood sugar level. Well I was absolutely unhappy to see that I was charged $ 25.00 extra ./..... I did not agree to this charge and when I asked about I was told... that is in case I had extra charges. This is not legal in Canada.. I did not agree to this charge and I am sending a letter to the Federal government to let them know what you are doing.

I was impressed, from the moment I walked in. The parking lot was fairly packed, so I thought, a good sign, many people use the facility. Check in was fast and polite. The room was a step up from the average Inn, very clean, and everything about it, just made me feel good. Hard to explain, however as I said from the start, I was impressed. The bed was excellent, I actually thought about removing the sheets and any covering to see what kind of mattress I was laying on. The cost really impressed me, compared to other local facilities, and a complimentary breakfast…very pleased!

There was nothing of note that I would be able to complain about.

I liked the breakfast it was a great variety. The room was nice but, the bed a little uncomfortable. Location was fantastic. The hotel staff were very accommodating and sweet. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved to see quality products like dove in the bathroom.

The mashed potatoes for breakfast was weird. The breakfast could have been a little better. There was 2 options of sausages, there should have been bacon as a second option instead.

we were in Bonnyville for a hockey tournament and stayed here. we were so happy with our stay

the staff was friendly, rooms were clean, pool was awesome and breakfast was delicious. great value

Breakfast was great, nice lighting, hostess was very pleasant, comfortable seating, everything was well laid out. Coffee tea and hot water are located on the opposite side of the room, which sould be relocated beside the breakfast bar. Otherwise an excellent meal.

Breakfast was sufficient and tasty server was very helpful and courteous. Room amenities were fantastic loved the blackout drapes. Staff at the front desk were accommodating and friendly.

The water temp in the room was a cool for my liking took a long time to get hot or cold. The dry spa was not working during my stay.

The debit machine was not working the atm wasn't working I had to leave in the pouring rain to get cash for deposit it was very frustrating then after an hour of check in my room keys didnt work frustrating start but very nice room

Location was nice and clean.

Breakfast was not hot. Could be because the location had very few guests and it's hard to maintain the freshness of the food. But, there is always room for improvement.
