The staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much for them. The food at the restaurant was very nice, with lots of options. Also, the cocktails were very cheap and delicious (Angkor Sunrise was great) and you could sit on the little balcony of your room and enjoy the evening and the staff would bring your drinks too you. Delivery of food from local eateries was no problem either. The pool was also nice, but they did shut the waterfall off, which meant the water wasn't as fresh as it could have been. Still welcome in the heat of Cambodian summer.

The rooms were a bit dated. The power in the first room completely died, and some power sockets were loose in their mountings. It felt unsafe. The shower also blocked up. We were upgraded to a better room as an apology for the shower outage, but still...

Bedroom was really nice, clean, large, comfortable. We enjoyed pretty much everything in the room itself and had a great time there. The restaurant on site is very convenient and even though we didn't get any meals during booking we were able to get most of our meals from them. Food was yummy. We also really liked their spa, we were able to book massages for the same day at a very good price. Their tuktuk service is pretty convenient and we used them to and from the airport as well as to tour the temples. Our driver was awesome. The staff on general was very helpful and took care of us well.

Only issue we had is that the restaurant could not get two plates out at the same time. So we were either eating cold food or one of us was eating before the other. All in all, this was minor

We had the most relaxing stay here! Everything was so serene, the pool was amazing! Our room was huge especially the bathroom with two sinks and a massive shower area. We had a balcony and teas and coffees in the room. I really loved the location, as it was quiet but not too far from the centre, although we rented a motorcycle to make it easier to go between the two! If you are coming to Siem Reap for Ankor Wat, it is a perfect hotel to stay at - we got pick up and drop off from here, and you’re still close to the street food, restaurants and bars that siem reap has to offer!

My stay at the Moon Residence & Spa in Siem Reap was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with cold towels and a refreshing welcome drink. The twin room had plenty of space for two large beds and space to move around them. Great cupboard space too. It was handy having the sink in the bedroom and outside the shower/toilet room so that can brush teeth whilst the other person showers. The pool was a blessing after temple visits in 37 degrees! A truly relaxing area. Food was good too. We liked being a short walk from the central area as didn’t have to deal with the noise from the new year celebrations.

The power cut wasn’t a surprise since so much water had been thrown on to the streets during new year celebrations. This was no fault of the hotel. The staff dealt with it brilliantly and gave us tea lights to help with the onset of the dark.

As a solo female traveller I felt safe and at home when staying at this hotel, the staff were all incredibly polite and friendly, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfy with air con and plenty of wardrobe space. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the busy streets of Siem Reap but in itself is peaceful, quiet and tucked away. The pool area surrounded by tall trees is beautiful to relax around after a long day out exploring and the hotels Tuktuk driver made my whole trip to Siem Reap so special with 3 days out to the temples and visits to the local countryside and always had a fresh coconut at hand to finish our trips back. I am so pleased I found this lovely hotel for my stay in Cambodia and will definitely be back, it’s perfect for a relaxing, luxurious get away.

Nothing - I wish I could stay longer!

I've been eagerly awaiting the chance to review this hotel, though honestly I am not sure where to begin to describe how lovely my experience was. As for the basics, my room was beautifully designed, modern, spotless, everything worked, and the plumbing was great (something I've learned is a little hit and miss in many SE Asian properties). The location is perfect, far enough from the busy tourist nightspots to be quiet but still only a short walk to the action. Nice restaurant, beautiful pool. Perhaps the most memorable part of my stay was the staff. What a lovely team of kind, welcoming young men and women. Really can't recommend this hotel more highly. Bravo :)

The hotel's pool was one of the highlights of my stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing escape from the heat. The pool area also had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, which made it easy to find a spot to relax. The hotel's location was great - it was centrally located and within walking distance of many popular restaurants, shops, and attractions. I appreciated the convenience of being able to explore the surrounding area without having to rely on transportation. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom sink drained slowly, and the shower head was a bit outdated.
