Royal Jardins Boutique Hotel

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Just 2 streets away from Av Paulista, which is full of museums, cultural centers, shops, restaurants, malls, coffee shops, drugstores, etc. It's also very close to Trianon Park. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great too. The buffet is complete and delicious. The room was small but comfortable. The tv had streaming accounts to use so that was very helpful too, especially with my son.

There was one night when I couldn't sleep because of the noise. It was like machines' noise, building noise related to air conditioning, water running, heaters, I dont know what. That was the only bad thing.

Great location as very close to avenida paulista and not too far from the park. The breakfast and room were both great. An added bonus was that you could access netflix on the TV. The hotel also let us leave our luggage after check out and we were able to use the shower later in the day after we collected our luggage too.

Lifts were very slow. Breakfast didn't always taste so fresh particularly baked goods. Cleanliness could be better with some hairs on the floor of the room. Restocking of coffee tissue etc not consistent after each day's clean.

Great staff! Everybody very nice. Good breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The shower was good as well. The location is awesome, very close to MASP. Around the area there are some good restaurants, bars, parks, etc.

The room was very small. It was hard to find a place to open the luggage, for example. You have to ask for an iron in the reception.

The location is great and the room was very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful. They even let me store my luggage after checkout so I didn't have to carry it around with me. My flight didn't leave until 11:00pm

Not so much that I didn't like it but I didn't see the reasoning behind the staff making our plates for breakfast when everyone is seated in the same room, face uncovered and eating. Also it got a little busy for the one person making the plates for the guest and other staff had to help. I notified that they didn't wear gloves while helping so the whole idea behind the staff preparing the plates for guest is ridiculous. This isn't the only girl I noticed this in.

Besides the point I've made above, the staff is really polite, proactive. You get the feeling that they are there to serve you and make you happy. A shout-out for Moises - - The most helpful and proactive staff I've ever seen. Also, the hotel is very clean and beautiful. Every inch of it.

There's a clear fault regarding the staff internal communication. Not rarely I've been given false information (like 'your room is clean, you may go', when it isn't. Or when they missed some food I asked for breakfast).

awesome, great quality on everything, super comfortable, lots of space, great service. linens were perfect, super comfy pillows, blackout curtains. bath tube that is super easy to use and totally worth it.

I loved the location - close to Paulista Avenue, subway and Modern Art Museum. My room was on 12 floor so the view was also great!
