Staff professional's standards, breakfast, location, security, and cleanest.

The crew from Alitalia, Iberia, and other's airlines stay there and they did not behave in a civilized way. The hotel MUST to speak with their supervisor about this issue because several guests were annoyed with their behavior: loud , rude, and uncivilized. Also, the hotel's restaurant should NOT reserve tables for them and let guests waiting outside waiting to have table for breakfast. Shame on the airlines and their uncivilized crew.

This hotel is in an awesome location for exploring Paulista Avenue and Jardins. I visited MASP, which was amazing - it has originals from Degas, Renoir, and Rembrandt! I was surprisingly pleased to find that the staff speaks English very well, which made my communication so much easier (I only speak a little Portuguese). My room was HUGE, everything was very modern and updated, and there was a fridge in the room that was great to store my bottled water. The lobby was inviting as well, and there was 24-hour security watching everything out front.

The rate was a bit pricy compared to their sister location in Itiam Bibi (which I stayed in during the same trip). Despite being on the 17th floor, I didn't have much of a view. Lots of homeless around the area as well (October 2022).

Location is great, the hotel is clean and secure.

My flight changed and I wanted to change the number of nights from 5 to 4. The staff I approached didn’t help me, instead he told me to go do it at Booking.com knowing that I can’t make changes at the website after checking in. Breakfast was lousy, with only one employee working the special orders station (for omelettes etc) and fruit juices, especially mango were watered and horrible.

Location is perfect. Breakfast was tehe same everyday and omelets and tapiocas whrere poorly made. Very nice room.

The hotel relies on its app to process restaurant orders and other services and it does not work well, hence it gives you space for special requests (allergies e.g.). It was very difficult to reach the front desk dialing from de room. Several time sI dialed 9 and nobody answered and other times the swimming pool people answered and then tranfered me to the front desk.

The staff and management are very professional and make efforts to resolve any problems and make you feel satisfied.

Hotel front desk staff is only white employees. Melia does not make any effort to hire black/brown employees for management and high positions. This is a fault of the directors and managers who perpetuate racism. Racism is rampage in Brazil. I ( and many black/brown people) feel we are not valued as human person.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel was super clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good as well and the location couldn't be better. Room had everything we needed.

Bathroom was a little bit too small. It took a little while for the server to bring coffee to our table in the morning.

Location, breakfast, staff, room, security, and cleaners: EXCELENT. EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.

For frequent guests like me, the hotel should allow my family (who also stayed there several times) to visit me without to pass through the verification in the front desk.

Everything excelente, stuff super friendly and helpful i had an unusual situation , that i left the hotel and i forgot a document in the room; and i on my way to the airport running late, the receptionist kindly helped, they find the document and sent it in a pdf document. very helpful

The hotel is well placed and the personnel is friendly. I think it’s a good choice from various perspectives. It’s a competitive package all together.

I have nothing to complain about. Everything was all right, even better than expected.

Great location and very nice and spacious rooms that were nice and clean. Cool exercise room and pool area in the lower levels, they also had security on duty 24 hours a day so I felt safe at the hotel

There was no hot tub in the pool area which I was really hoping for. Also, they had extra services like massage therapy and a spa day you could sign up for (even for couples if you wanted), but I think the massage I bought could have been a little cheaper, it reminded me of prices back the the U.S.
