Hilton Barra Rio de Janeiro

My suite was comfortable and roomy. I particularly liked the view from the balcony (although, unfortunately the weather wasn't the best). The location was convenient for the reason of my stay, so might not be suitable for everyone, but it's easy and quick to reach central Rio via taxi, and it's quieter and more secluded than staying in Copacabana for instance. The hotel is clean and modern and the guy at reception was very friendly! Also, shoutout to the receptionist who woke me up right on time for my taxi to the airport, you are a hero!

Probably the only thing I did not particularly enjoy was the breakfast. But only because I have different tastes, and there weren't many options for me.

The staff, from Christiano who made my check in with the biggest smile and energy that even shook of my tiredness from the flights to the ladies who helped me with my room. Special thanks to Marcia, so helpful and concerned with the details of our breakfast while helping us with our food. Josilenes who made sure our room was clean and always with everything we need in terms of the supplies.

The price, it was too high during these first two weeks because of rock in rio, it was what kept me from staying during the entire week. The variation was too much. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as the ones in Copacabana, missed the pillow top. The first evening was a bit hard to fall asleep

Amazing facilities, beautiful and classy. Breakfast was really good, the room was superb, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Really good cost/benefit. But location is only good if you need to be around that area, if you are on a tourist trip this might be too far from the places you want to go.

Modern, well-appointed hotel. Customer team I must say in the main very helpful. Enjoyed the rooftop pool. Breakfast spot on. Very well priced with food and drinks approx half you would pay in the UK

Location just a little further away from the Rio hotspots than ideal. not so much distance but the time it took to get there. Reckon on at least 90 mins each way to the city sights. Taxis however very sensibly priced.

The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The gym was fully equipped and the pool was stunning. The hotel was near to mall.

The shower pressure was low. The pool could do with a better cleaning. Although we were a a couple, there was only one complimentary water in the room. The breakfast was below standard for such a hotel chain.

The property was very clean, modern. The food was always fresh.

The location is to far away from the city. The Hotel should have a transportation to the beach and a spot on the beach for the Hilton Barra Customers ( like the Hilton CopaCabana had).

Great breakfast, good location (close to Rock in Rio)

Early check-in was quite expensive. I decided to not do it and go for lunch. I did the pre-checkin, but when I went back to the Hotel, I was told to wait on the queue again. Would be great if they let everything prepared to just get the keys, there is nto point waiting on the queue with a lot of people doing the entire check-in process again.

The staff is absolutely awesome. Cordiality should be their first name. The hotel is beautiful so is the view. The room is super nice and elegant. I can\t think about someone having a single complaint about the experience at Hilton. I just regret not managing to enjoy the breakfast.

I don't have any bad feedback about the stay. The hotel has attended any single expectation I had for my stay.

very comfortable and staff absolutely top notch! at the receptionist Monique impressed me with her courtesy and specially at check-in as we arrived early and she accommodated us free of charge.
