Staff was very helpful, friendly and always smily, they helped us a lot with different tours & sightseeings and other staff, so special thanks to them! 😍 Location was just perfect - we were in the heart of Copacabana and felt very safe and comfortable. The price we’ve paid for accommodation was reasonable in the end considering the location where only fence hotels are located. The rooms are spacious and light, what makes the stay quite comfortable.

We didn’t like the cleanliness in our room - the bed linen and towels were not appropriate for sure, they looked dirty. There was only one small garbage bin in the room for 4 pax, which was absolutely not enough. The bathroom needs renovation - the toilet was not working properly, but was fixed upon request (again thank you!). Both the bathroom and the room looked quite old & shabby needing renovation for sure.

The front desk was exceptional! We had a sliver of an ocean view between two buildings... nothing to post on Instagram but nice to be able to see how sunny it was on the beach and how rough the surf was.

One elevator was out of service, but they notified us of this prior to our stay, giving us the opportunity to cancel the reservation. Since we were on the third floor it wasn't a big problem, we used the stairs often, if we had been on an upper floor it would have been a little more troublesome. Overall that issue didn't detract from our stay. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

The staff were all amazing. So so friendly and helpful. All 3 receptionists we dealt with were fantastic, helping us book ubers, order pizzas and providing us with hot water when we asked for it! The location is just off Copacabana beach with lots of food options close by and the metro not too far either! Breakfast staff were also so friendly and cheerful in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The aircon unit is old and loud. But we had earplugs and slept fine with it! A kettle in the room would have been nice but as I mentioned, the reception gave us hot water when we asked for it.

The staff are great and speak multiple languages to include English. The prices were the best among other hotels in the area. The room was clean and spacious. It came with cable tv. Very close to the beach and many delicious restaurants. Nightclubs and bars were also walkable. There's a DIY laundry room right across the street. Easy to get an Uber. I stayed for about a week and I would stay there again.

Check-in is probably the worst part. It's necessary to logon to an app to upload your passport/id and verify the phone number associated to your WhatsApp. The sheet are hard. I rollover too quickly and somehow burned my knee lol. But the felt clean. There were small tiny ant sized bugs on the small table near the entrance almost everynight, but not during the day. I didn't eat in the room, but I think if I did, there'd be many more.

I Had a really enjoyable staying. Beautiful view from the room. The location is amazing, near the beach post 5 which is surrounded by nice kiosks, vibrant atmosphere with people playing sports and lots of options for food and drinks. Breakfast was good, loads of options and very welcoming staff. Reception staff are lovely and very friendly and helpful.

Everything good, just needs a hairdryer in the room.

Only 3 minutes walk from the beach and many many restaurants. The area seemed safe and I had no issues walking around, even at night. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a mini fridge powerful AC.

There were small tiny black bugs at night for a couple of days on the table in my room. I didn't see any on the bed nor anywhere else. I didn't have food or any drinks besides water in the room. The sheets were not soft.

Very well located - just around the corner of Copacabana. We even had seaview from our room and could fall asleep with the sound of the waves - just great! We were lucky and could get into our room much earlier but changing clothes and leaving our luggage was no problem either. The breakfast was okay, Brazilian breakfast with toast, fruit and sweets.

The elevators are quite old and take really long.

It is close to the beach in a safe area. We walked also at night and were fine. Our room was cleaned every day. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

The place is a bit outdated. In the photos looks nicer than in reality. Some rust is present on different things also mold so definitely needs refurbishment. Also the only chair that we had was broken. Room is spacious but kind of empty.

The location was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful when we had some issues with Uber, and they all spoke fluent English. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

The sheeds and towers were not so clean.

The location and price were my reasons to select this property. It was 1 block from the beach and included a full breakfast in the morning. The check-in and check-out was easy. All the staff people were very friendly, welcoming and professional. Definitely would stay here again.

I thought the bed was very hard, not soft and lacked cushioning. The shower drain was slow and did not empty very well. But I would stay here again.
