large room with comfortable bed. great location super practical between ipanema and Copacabana good breakfast

the bathroom was falling apart and not super clean. decoration is weird with large pictures of women in room.

Location and breakfast. 16th floor. View on sugar loaf. And favela. And sea.

On booking possibility to send message to hotel you always get automatic answer only in portugues. In room you have coffee machine but if you want to make coffee you have to pay extra....it is officially 4 star hotel. I'm used to have coffe/tea in room.in 4 stars hotels included.

Staff are excellent, location perfect, cleanliness spot on. Room is spacious and well designed. The bathroom is huge, and it has both the bathtub and the shower.

Breakfast does not offer too many choices, for example, for people who do not eat white bread. It was well organized, but a bit more selection would be nice. Also, a four star hotel should provide a complimentary bottle of water on arrival. The cost is low, and the effect on incoming guests would be great.

Great location- big room - ok breakfast and the staff was really friendly. They helped with everything that we needed. For example the lock on my luggage broke and they helped me cut it open.

although things were great one day my bag disappeared from my room. It was not an expensive bag but it had a lot of sentimental value and some stuff from the mini bar was taken too. the elevator is very slow as there is only one. the elevator also make some weird ding dong noise when it comes to the floor and kept waking me up every morning.

The location and staff are fantastic. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. The bed was comfortable and big (king size) and the room was quiet (we were on the 13th floor).

No Smart TV, no simple cutlery, and the bathroom was fairly old with some mould. There was also an unpleasant smell from the bathroom we think was there because of poor ventilation. There also were no extra towels in the room.

The room was beautiful, the bathroom was not up to standards. I could ask for boiled eggs in the morning, that’s a nice plus.

They could definitely do better. I even had paid for the Deluxe King room. Bad bathroom, the bath was old and very dirty all around. Not presentable. The reception was not very helpful when I notified the issue, they didn’t offer solution but asked me to wait for the morning boss (cos he didn’t speak English and did not put much of an effort). The bedding was not the good one for a king bed and was all the times uncovering the mattress. Overall the stay was good and with better training of the staff it could definitely get better.

The locations is great, very easy access to Ipanema and Copacabana. The room was big and the stuff was very friendly and they allowed us to check out later.

The breakfast was almost like it was left over from the last few days and the pastry was stale, as we stayed there for 6 nights. Definitely room for some improvement on the breakfast.

We booked 2 beds . We were “upgraded “ to a single double bed . We are friends not a couple and booked 2 beds for a reason . I had to sleep on a roll out bed as they gave away our room . I booked it well in advance . Payed to sleep on an uncomfortable roll out . Staff was very nice but not impressed . Should have provided some compensation for that .

the property is well located, very close to ipanama beach and also Copacabana beach by foot. you have a lot of restaurants and bars nearby and supermarket. the staff is very friendly and really helpful if you need any help. the room was very clean and big, very comfortable bed. ideal if you are travel for business or even if you want to have a chill time next to the beach.

The location between Ipanema and Copacabana cannot be beat. The hotel is modern and clean. The front office staff goes out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable and happy. This is my second time at the hotel and I love this place! Even though the hotel is a couple of blocks from the ocean, they provide beach chairs at a concession on Ipanema Beach...

the only improvement would be to provide an on site fitness facility...they have an arrangement with a gym about 10 minutes away but I didn't utilize it due to the distance.
