Enormous, modern apartment with everything you need - even a washer/dryer machine. Amazing location in one of the most beautiful areas of the city. Two supermarkets, two pharmacies, many restaurants and within 1 block distance and many more shops (tailors or costureiras etc.) and restaurants a few blocks away. Smartfit gym next door. The hotel gym is pretty decent too, but could use some bigger free weights/ dumbbells. Rooftop pool and sauna are great with amazing views!

The wifi was a pretty slow and struggled for my work video calls. The air conditioner units just outside the bedroom window were noisy. If these two things were fixed it would get a 10/10 rating.

A very spacious apartment with TWO bathrooms, washing machine/drier, fantastic views from our window. Comfortable living area and a dining room. Kitchen area with microwave and fridge (no stove) Plentiful breakfast with options from fruit, pastries, cheese bread, eggs and sausage, cereal and beverage options. 20th floor swimming pool with 360 views over the whole city. A great pizza restaurant just across the street, grocery store near by, diner/bar over the road. Absolutely loved it all.

Can't think of anything. I can't really speak to the accessibility of the place since we had someone pick us up every day. That would be the only thing I'd look into.

This cleaning girl we had was very Animous towards us was the only problem we had On our arrival we created a lot of trash and left it outside of room she asked us to move it to the stairway We did but after that she never really liked us anymore and we continued to put all our trash in stairway daily for her Kind of a heavy girl

It is simple but clean. For the price you pay, it is worth it. It is like an apartment, 1 bedroom, 1 living-dining room (Pull bed sofa), 2 bathrooms, refrigerator, microwave, A/C in both rooms. (Plates/cups/glasses/silverware x 2 people). There is a pharmacy and supermarket next block where you can find everything.

There is no stove/boiling pot/coffee maker

I have been staying at VC whenever visiting BH for years, this year they have hugely improved the breakfast. Everything else has always been great

I liked everything

the size of the apartment and the fact that it has 2 bathrooms

the lack of a stove and detergent, sponge and table cloth.

I liked almost everything. However, I would like to highlight the excellent work of your staff team, specially the ones in the restaurant.

The Ville Celestine Hotel combine excellent service quality, proper facilities and a attentive staff with reasonable rates. For this reason, is a good option to stay in Belo Horizonte
