right in the center of old town, lovely, friendly and helpful staff

I feel sorry that I have to mention it because the staff is so courteous and I would book the hotel again...but considering that this review should be helpful for other travellers: the cleaning really needs a boost! mould in the bathroom, hair and dust and sticky stains all over etc. linens and towels seemed to be fine and fresh though

incredible location in the heart of Old Town. walk out the door and you’re in the middle of the charm of it all. Staff were fantastic and made us Bosnian coffee several times upon request. of course, coffee machine, tea, and fresh fruit were available 24/7. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Absolutely recommend Hotel Old Sarajevo as an outstanding option. Will stay here again on future visits!

A classic 10/10 accommodation for several reasons: it is located right on the edge of the old town, but without the large noise of the old town. The interior designer made an exceptional work: all the small details are just fine, even at the reception - traditional motifs with modern touch. With one word: tasteful. Parking was available in the next street (guarded) for a few EURs. The staff were friendly and spoke English fluently. Although this was not our first trip in Sarajevo, our host was able to gave us very good tips on places and restaurant to visit, which made our stay even more pleasant. The room was clean, AC device worked as expected. WIFI signal was strong enough in the entire hotel. The breakfast was above average, both its variety and quality were remarkable.

The lock of our room had some problem - the contactless entry card and the key also failed to open the door several times, however it can be fixed - I hope it has been done already. I cannot mention anything else, especially for this price.

The owners and staff were so hospitable and friendly. They went out of their way to help us and gave us recommendations. The hotel is really well located, not further than a 10 min walk from any landmark and right in the old town. Rooms are very clean- we loved our stay so much that we ended up staying another night.

Fantastic feel, history, and spirit of this wonderful city all embedded in this boutique hotel and its staff. Feel completely secure, ease as at home, and meanwhile immersed in the colorful center of the city. Have convenient access to everything we need. Will definitely come back in our next trip.

This boutique hotel is in the most ideal location of Sarajevo’s old town. Lot’s of great restaurants and coffee spots on the same street. All the key historical sites are walking distance from this hotel. Plus the staff and owners are super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay a very special one.

they can reserve you parking place nearby, but you have to indicate if you are coming with a bigger car as those places can be very tiny. Luckily there is a big underground parking place in 5 minuted walking distance. I was expecting some typical bosnian for breakfast. :-) We were 3 of us in a room and the AC is directly blowing to the 3rd bed. We were lucky as we didn't need the AC, but you need to consider that.

Fantastic place to stay! Our room was very clean and convenient, with attractive décor, very comfy bed and good shower. The staff was so polite and cooperative! They helped us with the parking as this was nightmare to park in the old town. Amazing location in the heart of the old town. Just walk out the door and you’re in the middle of the charm of it all. We had just one night, but it was great! Thank you so much for your hospitality and making us feel great at this amazing town!

The only thing that I could recommend is having a small mini bar in the room. But this is as recommendation only, there is nothing to dislike! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The hotel’s location and heritage combined with modern facilities makes it super convenient & everything is close by. The rooms are sparkling clean, the food excellent, and the staff take care of you and are genuinely helpful. In general the rooms are relatively small but everything else makes up for that.

Small boutique hotel in old town Sarajevo (perfect location to explore the city) - rooms are modern and very clean, staff is helpful and breakfast is adequate. If you arrive by car, the hotel suggests a number of parking options nearby. Credit cards are accepted for payment and AC is available in the rooms. I would surely stay here again and would recommend this to friends.

I liked everything, but just a couple of improvement suggestions 1) please clarify in your welcome email that it is not possible to drive in front of the hotel - Google Maps led down a super narrow road and it was tricky to turn away from there 2) our shower drain was completely clogged (we fixed that and proceeded with showering), it would be good to routinely check this does not happen
