Hotel Rastelli Tervuren

I arrived late and the check in instructions were professionally issued so there were no problems. Car parking area nice and off the road. Nice well set out breakfast. Flexible staff who ordered a taxi when asked out of hours so even if reception not staffed 24/7 there appears always someone on end of a phone if needed.

It is difficult to control but it was quite clear that some antisocial locals exercise their dogs in the alley to the parking. As this is not lit, there is a high probability of something unfortunate happening especially for someone wheeling a case from the car parking area.

・All the staff are very kind. It was helpful that they responded to our troubles immediately. ・Parking is free. ・Breakfast is buffet style. They replenished it as soon as there was less food. ・The room was clean and the surrounding environment was very quiet, so we were able to spend our stay comfortably. ・We can easily check out in advance online. If you can move by car, it is definitely worth staying here than in the centre of Brussels. Thank you so much!

The hotel is located in a very quiet area. Near the hotel it is a Carrefour market and a few restaurants where you can eat, if you find them open. I could do an earlier check in, around 11 o'clock. The room and the bathroom were clean and the cleaning was done daily. The bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets are white and clean.

Location excellent - in the center of town near everything. Breakfast was nice and the rooms were decently spacious.

This is a very minor inconvenience but... got a little bit confused for checkout, was not sure if it was compulsory or not. Had an email to checkout, but was very just in time leaving, so forgot to fill it in, but didn't get any reminders saying I hadn't checked out. I gave in our keys and that was it at reception, so I'm guessing I didn't do anything wrong.

The hotel is located in a pleasant quiet location with good transport accessibility. Near the hotel there is a park and a forest, the air is very clean. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is delicious and varied.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Also the hotel was quiet and conveniently located.

Our ground floor room became very hot at night without air conditioning which made it difficult to sleep. As it was a ground floor room with patio doors we could not safely open them at night to allow cool air into the room. If we were visiting again we would not with to stay on the ground floor.

check in gal was super nice as well as efficient which we definitely appreciated after a really arduous travel day free parking proximity to airport

VERY LITTLE DINING NEARBY w/o car relatively unresponsive front desk/breakfast room staff we had to ‘find’ in order to get coffee

Location is very good , you can find everything nearby supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants , shops. Parking is very convenient, breakfast was good selection and fresh .

Personally I found the room a bit dark , I dont like dark colors for walls in a room . Better lights maybe could help.

Very clean, exceptionally comfortable bed. Perfect location 5 minutes walk from the town centre. And, an amazing shower. Being a Brit, the breakfast, which was limited but good, had a supply of fresh ... not uht ... milk. Something that is rare in Belgium I was told.

Wi Fi was adequate but slower than local 4g. No safe.

Very good location in center of town. Good breakfast. Spacious parking for cars. You can find nearby everything supermarkets bars restaurants pharmacy , shops.

Our room was big and with little terrace but dark.
