The staff were really great, helpful and friendly. It is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. An art nouveau masterpiece, Hotel Hannon, is right across the street and you can walk to Museum Horta. The tram 12 stops a block away. The room is very practical with a long shelf to put your things, hooks to hang clothing. The beds were comfortable and the bathtub was great. The windows opened and when closed provided excellent soundproofing, making the room nice and quiet. The air conditioning was very quiet and freshened the room nicely, so that the slight smell others mentioned dissipated. Room service breakfast was delicious. We stayed a week and would definitely return.

The refrigerator didn’t work. The restaurant didn’t open for dinner until 7 pm and room service wasn’t available until then either. The water for a bath took a long time to heat up, but did eventually. No English satellite stations were working.

The room was very nice, what you would expect for a city hotel. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom quite big. Very clean

It could have done with a kettle. After our first night, we woke up to a flooded bathroom and top of sink. There were clearly leaks coming from the ceiling and underneath the sink. I will not downgrade the hotel as a result. The staff were more than apologetic and did everything they could to sort it. I was offered a different room. I accept these things can happen in hotels. The difference is in the staff. I spoke to 3 different receptionists during our stay and they were all very professional, competent and welcoming. I had an enjoyable stay, despite the issue we had. Would really recommend

The room was very comfortable plenty of room . Most of the staff were fantastic and very apologetic for others mistakes. It was very clean and the breakfast and picnic breakfast were excellent. I loved my Balcony it was a wonderful place to start and end the day

The Television was useless they were getting a new system so the tV didnt have any English channels. There was a day that there was no hot water. I also ordered a picnic breakfast for the next day and the staff forgot to put the order in. The next morning I got an apology that something went wrong and there was nothing for me .

I would like to say that this hotel is excellent.First of all it is based on a good area. Secondly, staff make the difference. Basically, team members are from different countries :Spain, Italy, Ukraine, Russia, Belgium. Hotel is using diversity in order to get an advance and more ideas from people with different backgrounds and culture. Team members of the Hotel :Alisa, Lisa, Patricia, Julia meat my needs during i stay in Belgium. Room was clean and tidy. Food was also tested nice. Reception was on the ball 24#7.I would like to thank staff members of the hotel for doing good job.

Food nice, room clean, reception working hard to meet customer needs. Building has good location.

Location: easy to find, good transport links. Only a 10min walk to the tram/bus stops. Breakfast: good selection and good quality Room: good size and facilities. Staff: very friendly and helpful

Room was a bit too warm at times. Information relating to room service and other hotel amenities needs updating. The room service menu claimed you could get room service until 11pm. The number on the menu didn't work and when I went down at 10:15pm they said they closed at 10. Meals other than breakfast was a bit expensive

Staff were very friendly and even though i couldn't speak the local language, they were more than happy to communicate with me in English. The restaurant staff were very accommodating and explaining all the dishes to me.

Didn't like the lack of tea/coffee facilities as coming from the UK this is seen as standard for any hotel room regarthless of rating. Due to this had to resort to going elsewhere for coffee/tea. Maybe this is not common in Europe. Also the wifi was very poor as connection was very slow, unstable and kept cutting off.

The Hotel is located near the center, in a quiet area still within walking distance of excellent restaurants. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast is reasonably good. The options were much better the last day, when finally we had salmon and Jamon Serrano. There was always a good selection of Cheese, turkey, sausages, freshly made omelet, fruits and lots of pastries.

There was no coffee or tea machine in the room. Since I had to work all the night, I really missed tea or coffee. The distance between the table and the bed is relatively short, so if you are fit this is not a big deal, but still you need to rotate the chair before you stand up.

very quiet street , lovely staff ,well connected to tram 92 .There is a high street nearby which has grocery stores and restaurants.

there was a hint of smell in the room and we had to keep AC on for circulation. The third bed in this triple room was very uncomfortable, with a stiff mattress, which caused backaches. There was no kettle in the room to make a cup of tea/coffee after a long day out . I thought a kettle was very standard in any hotel. That’s the reason for the 7/10

Beds and bathroom very comfortable. Excellent breakfast: nice variety of fresh fruits, cheese, cured meat, pastries, etc. Good connection to city center (~ 20 min by bus / tram).

Room was very hot: central heating was working and it was not possible to lower the temperature in the room. Staff at reception explained they could not do that either as colder weather was expected. Window could be open though. This might not be a problem during the summer as, I guess, they will not have the heating working.

We could comfortably walk into brussels. The rooms have double windows that cancels out all outside noise. Lots of shopping nearby. Lots of cafes nearby. Staff always around to help.

The parking was our only problem. We didnt know the hotel had a parking facility and when we arrived it was full. We had to drive around to find a place to park. We had to pay 2 euro per hour to park and then we could only pay for up to 5 hours at the maximum, so that meant we couldn't venture too far because we had to renew our ticket. Other than parking we couldn't fault it.
