The location of the hotel is brilliant, right in the centre of the city! We were traveling by bike so it was nice that we could leave our bikes inside the hotel during the night. Indeed, if you are a bike lover you can hire bikes in the same hotel to go for a ride. There is a terrace and a lovely breakfast in the morning.

We are non-smokers and when we arrived to our room the previous customers had smoked in the room and the smell was still in there (the cleaner was very kind and gave us a air freshener to help with this).

For a weekend getaway, and even a longer stay in Bruges, the hotel is simply perfect. 2 min walk from the Grand Place, with a fantastic pub next door, and bus stops around the hotel in a few directions, you could not ask for more convenience. The room was clean, and the price was super affordable for its location, great value for the money.

Expect some noise at night considering is looking over one of the main streets, so the crowds from the bar and the streets can be unavoidable to hear. Additionally, the rooms are rather small, but being in a such a nice town you really would not spend too much time indoors.

The location is absolutely perfect, just around the corner from Belfry Tower, right in centre. The hotel itself and the room is a bit outdated, but clean and comfy. When I came in the evening the room was really cold as the heating was switched off. The bed was comfy, blanket clean and warm. The room is big enough and is equipped with a kettle so that you can make a tea or coffee. The breakfast was outstanding. There's no restaurant so you get your breakfast packed to be eaten in your room, but there was several types od bread, ham And cheese, also sweet pastely with jam, orange juice, a banana...too much for one person

Brilliant location in the city centre but just out the way so not a lot of people walking past so didn’t get too noisy. I was only there for 1 night but would of used the in room hob and cooker if I was there longer which is a lovely little addition to the room that you don’t usually get in other hotel rooms.

Only small thing was the room was a bit run down, a few broken things but still all usable such as a broken mirror and cupboard but didn’t expect perfection due to the cost. Think it was fantastic value for money.

Hotel very centrally located and had everything you need. The roof terrace was a welcome break from the busy areas outside the main square to relax with a drink. Room also had a kitchen included which was unexpected but handy if needed.

Nothing really. Bed were maybe a little narrow when you choose two singles over the combined double bed option but still comfortable enough.

The location couldn't be better, steps away from the bell tower. We rented a huge family room with plenty of comfortable beds for all. Definitely seemed more like an apartment than a hotel room with full small kitchen, kitchen table, and even outside patio under the bell tower with another table set with chairs outside. Wish we had more time there! There is a little pub (nice and quiet) beneath the apartment with a backstair that leads you right on to Is the alley leading to the bell tower.

The lovley bell tower chimes DID get to be a bit much with how frequent and loud they were, and as is typical of Europe, no screens on windows so we were eaten alive by mosquitoes letting cool air in at night. The toilet was on opposite side of the 'apartment' fron the shower/sink so it made hand washing a little hard/was.liittle awkward.

The hotel is great! It's no luxery, but the location is excellent! And the value for money is absolutely off the charts! We also met great people in the hotel, this hotel really feels that you are in the centre of Bruges! If you come by car you can best park at the Station parking, which is only €6,10 per day and you get bustickets to the hotel. You can also walk, but if you have rolling luggge that makes some noise :)

The Wifi is not very good

I loved everything about this cosy hotel : - Perfect location right in the Heart of this Marvelous city (it is right in front of the Befort where you go to the top for an amazing view 10€ ticket) and 2min walk from the most beautiful area of the city. - Friendly staff and a nice terrasse where you can enjoy or coffee - nice views from the windows, and it's soundproof so you will hear no noises from outside - cheap affordable rate (I really hope it will remain the same so I can go back to Bruges) - it's clean, safe and there was a bath in my bathroom :) (didnt get the time to enjoy it though) - 20min walk from the train station - i was able to do the check-in at 2.20PM

Just few details that did not bother me at all but well, since we ask: - Wifi was'nt working well but it was absolutly not a problem for me. - the reception area is not very welcoming (a bit messy) but the receptionist was levoly so not a problem at alll - reception opens a bit late (8AM); I had to leave the keys for my 6.30AM checkout so I had to go back to the room to let the keys inside the room... not very convenient, maybe a keybox should be available somewhere) but not a problem at all. - city taxes (extra charges of 3€/night) should be included in the price paid and showed on booking but I think this is not the fault of the hotel

The location can’t be beat for sure! It’s less than 1/2 a block from the grand place Brugge. Our room had plenty of beds for our family, just not a lot of sitting room. It was odd to have a giant coffee table but no couch. We could see the tower from our room windows which was nice. It’s a city center hotel, so the pathway from reception to the rooms is a little convoluted compared to big chain hotels but it’s a fun experience to be in a little hotel right off city center. The staff was friendly and spoke English which was helpful for us. The keys are old school and you only get one, unless you pay for another. It’s about the size of a credit card, so plan on keeping that with you. We had a family room so ours had a double bed, and two singles in the main living room, with a 4 seater table. There was a kitchenette off the main room, and a WC off the entryway. The second double (more like king size) bed had its own room at the back. The shower room was through the bedroom.

The coffee table was in the way, considering there was no couch. Basically it had no function/ purpose to be there and moving it would free up space. But we didn’t come to Brugge to sit in the hotel room 😂

The beds were really comfortable and we location was more than perfect. The bedroom had a terrace and was over a lovely pub. The pub didn’t disturb and was lovely. We were just a few meters from the main square. I’ve included photos of everything we were next too

I were 100% happy. I didn’t like that I can’t fault it… usually I can easily find fault in things or suggest improvements but I can’t here.
