great location, great breakfast with salmon and fresh fruit , view from 4th floor, Restaurant in-house had acceptable food

noise on street below,also after Midnight, no Plug in sink

It is in an excellent location, walking distance to shops restaurant’s, train, buses. The staff were always warm and friendly. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The breakfast is very well presented and great value, and the food in their restaurant is excellent. They also welcome and cater for young children. They’re hot chocolate is exceptional. The view of the lake and the mountains was an absolute pleasure to wake up to every morning. Can’t highly recommend this place enough. Absolutely enjoyed staying there and hope to return one day.

Very central, the city is lively at night and during the day. Lots to do and great eateries about, the hotel's own one was excellent. The room was hugh, we had a seating area separate from the sleeping area, decent size bathroom. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Fan in room was brilliant in heat. Really helpful friendly staff, loved the place.

Funny negative was rediculously creaky bed frame, we had to put mattress on floor but slept well- have told them about it so should be sorted for next guests by now! Night club behind gives a dull thud of music till about 3am first night but closing windows helped and they have fans in room so not too hot

Hotel has a great vibe, I was glad that there was elevator so that we could easily move around with the pushchair. I found the Stuff very friendly, parking recommendations were clear and very useful. They are giving discount voucher for the parking place so that you can park your car for 15EUR which is considerably cheap. Location was very convenient - close to the lake, restaurants all around, nice, clean, there is also a chance of nice view to the lake.

I cannot tell that I don`t like something. All was good in my view.

our room was small, immaculately clean, delightfully spartan and alpine. I somehow felt more at home in it than I would have felt in a far more luxurious place. the bed was comfortable. breakfast worked well and was cheerfully offered in a fairly constricted space. staff were friendly and helpful.

arrival was difficult in the constricted confines of this lakeside village. instructions about coming to the hotel’s back door for further information (i.e. about parking) would have been more helpful with a map.

Good location as it is near to main train station, bus terminal, lake, supermarket and restaurants. Breakfast was very good as a lot of variety. Thank you for upgrading the room FOC.

The pillows were too soft that we had to sleep on two pillows. Could feel the mattress spring and the corner of the mattress is sinking when sat on it. Wifi connection was poor. I had to sit at the lobby to get the connection but still dropped after sometimes.

Everything was very very good and very well. The staff is nice and quick to work. I got good help from them. The location of the hotel is amazing, the hotel is in the center of the city and close to everything. I got a free transportation card and discounts through the hotel. The rooms are very clean and the furniture is new and modern. The window of the room has a beautiful view. The breakfast is very tasty and a fine Austrian breakfast. I got a breakfast box before leaving the hotel😍. I am very happy with my stay in this hotel. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel❤️❤️

The staff were lovely and helpful, the room had everything you needed and the location just perfect. One of the rooms we had, the double bed was two single beds joined together which is absolutely fine and very common, the mattresses in our room just didnt want to stay put or stay together and they kept splitting or shifting whenever you moved around but it’s not a deal breaker as we only stayed one night.

Great location right in the centre of town. Close to all the restaurants and bars and a short walk to the ski lift.

Very small ski/boot room. As we were always up early it didn’t impact us until May be a problem later on the day when other skiers get ready.

Very well located right in the centre of town. Plenty of services in close proximity. Short walk to the lake. We were travelling by bike and secure overnight storage was provided. The young lady at reception was very pleasant and helpful. Internet worked well. A substantial breakfast was included.

There were no negative issues to report.
