The hotel is situated on the pedestrian street in a building with a very interesting history. The staff was very kind and always ready to help. The breakfast is served in an original way and is very tasty.

On two very rare occasions, we had to wait a while for a warm water to start when having a shower. On ocassions, the internet connection was lost. However, I must admit that we didn't report these problems. Otherwise, they would highly likely would have been resolved.

We enjoyed staying in the historical city center with restaurants and bars in the vicinity. The staff was very kind and helpful. They have a storage room for bicycles. The room was clean and calm. Food from local bio sources with options for vegetarians and vegans.

The bed was slightly too hard for my back, but that’s really a matter of preference. We didn’t like having a TV in the middle of the room. The breakfast was great and tasty, but as they serve you a “double decker” basket you don’t have as many options as if there would be a whole buffet.

Historic building in the center of the old city. Facilities have been updated to modern standards while maintaining the history. Clean and comfortable. Nice salons. Very good breakfast.

I was there for 5 days (4 nights) and did not get the toiletries refreshed. I asked for more conditioner and another bottle of water, and was told it would be delivered, but it wasn’t.

Big room, great location. Surprisingly very quiet even though it’s an old historic building. Helpful staff. As a very important thing - it’s very stylish. Attention even to small details.

Since the breakfast is not a buffet and it served as a set, I would like more veggies in it. Anyway breakfast was tasty!

The hotel was super clean and well designed. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location of the hotel was wonderful also!

At times, the room was a bit hot in temperature and when opening the windows, cigarette smoke from below would come up. Other than that, everything was great.

The staff was amazing, the room was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The only issue is that in the morning a group of young bikers woke us up because they were having their training right under our window.

The location is tremendous.

Some of the windows in the back had a lot of peeling paint. The back rooms need some attention and love to update them.

We stayed for one night and enjoyed it. The location is great, breakfast was an experience and they have an awesome bike storage room. The hotel is very stylish. The staff was really nice and we also got a welcome drink at the bar.

From time to time there was an odd sound in the room like a babbling of a stream. As it was not too loud, we could ignore it.

We loved everything about Hotel Palais26. Our room had recently been renovated, the position right on the pedestrian mall is perfect and the breakfast is the absolute best. We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Palais26 !
